Thoughts on AI Cycle Support for general health?

Hey there

i am looking at cycle support for general health. to be more specific, i would like to lower my blood pressure down as well as potentially increase HDL whilst decreasing LDL. I have not taken a test for cholesterol levels but i would like for it all to be OPTIMAL regardless if it is fine or not right now. I would also like to say that my blood pressure is "above normal". it hovers around 140/70 even though i eliminated stimulants and decrease my sodium count.

I realized there is a product called Life Support which is identical to cycle support but in capsule form and much less servings per container. I choose cycle support simply for the amount of money i save from servings alone.

I plan on taking HALF a scoop (so, 1/4 of the suggested serving of two scoops).

anyways, what do you guys think? any past experience?

I also read the thread where one of the forum members decrease their LDL whilst increase HDL with astounding results. Unfortunately, there is only one thread where such a situation like that occur. this is where i would like to ask other forum members about their experience with cycle support whether it be on cycle, post cycle or for general everyday health.

i run CS ED at half dose for general health with a slight break in between tubs...happy with it...one suggestion: go with the red yeast rice free version...RYR potentially not good for the liver long term...
 
if you do use CoEnzyme Q-10 aswell
 
for LDL drop and HDL increase try YELLOW GOLD, or anything with berberine in it, it greatly helps.

Salacia species can reduce BP

citrate lyase inhibitors can help cholesterol as well.

Cycle support is great, but i would do half dose, every day,
 
I've been on Cycle Support for General health the past 3 years. It's done a nice job with my Cholesterol levels.
 
Love the idea in fact im on a similar stack of Primordials Toco-8, Liver Juice and Vitaberry almost year round, and i love it! great for overall health, recovery and immune system performance
 
Definitely a solid base for general health. Other things could be added to your regimen to further fine tune it towards particular goals, be it blood pressure, cholesterol, etc.
 
I have expressed my concern that taking hawthorn for a long time can possibly cause blood pressure irregularities once you discontinue it.

Similar to taking something like atenelol for six months, except not as extreme.
 
Cycle Support is a great foundation to start with in achieving your health concerns, both cholesterol and BP.

I would dose Cycle Support with label instructions.

Add in EFA's, fish oils, krill, CoQ10

Increase water intake and decrease sodium intake

More vegetables, spot on diet

Cocoa powder can help raise HDL's- study was 26g's with 12g's sugar daily I believe. HDL's increased 25%

Cycle support is great for overall health, lower blood pressure.

I recommend keeping body fat levels in check , cardio up, eating, sleeping healthy and keeping general health up , if you need an extra boost though go ahead and pick up some cycle support. I recommend the orange flavor as it mixes well with a chocolate or vanilla shake.
 
My cycles can get a little heavy with the orals. I do run it for 2 months off of a cycle. Take a one month break and run it for one more month. I also run coQ10 with fish oil.
