Day 64 off day had a good week overall I started a new meal plan that cuts out alot of sugar been having bad withdrawal headaches from but I'm seeing great results in 1 week of doing the plan now time for my assessment

Strength - is up a ton I hit some big weight that I haven't touched in a long time this week my bench is going up and getting back to what it use to be I hit 330 on flat for 3 reps on my last set and 285 on incline for 3 reps on my last set loving it

I feel leaner but fuller

Side effects - big fat zero libido is still high no e.d. No back pumps or anything else

Stamina - is good I've been blowing thru my workouts with little rest and feeling good

This stack is going really well I start week 10 tomorrow with 2 weeks to the finish line after that hope it keeps going in the right direction more to come

Day 77 off day my work schedule has been so crazy I missed a few days of Lifting this week but it's all good tomorrow is the start of a new week for me thus cycle is still going great strength is incredible I still no sides to speak of so I have 13 days left on this cycle then I will be heading into PCT more to come

Day 82 overall been out of the gym for a few days i was severely dehydrated for 2 days due to my line of work I do asphalt paving it was brutal 80 degree heat and back to back 14 hour days kicked my butt i felt like death was coming I know 80 degrees ain't that hot especially where I live in California but it was the 1st time all year working that many hours and the weather being that hot I will resume training tomorrow I guess I need to drink more then 2 gallons of water per day then lol more to come
 
Definitely need to drink more! I go through about 2 gallons a day on workout days and I ain't doin asphalt!
 
Day 85 last week started out excellent I got 3 good session in hit a new pr then I got severely dehydrated sucked @$$ I have 5 days left and I plan on finishing strong I finally feel 100% from the dehydration and I'm gonna attack this week with all I have my training session today will be this afternoon total body power 5 rounds each going for amrap and as heavy as I can

Been following along - plan on doing a somewhat similar stack in a few weeks - but you really bring the point home that no matter how great the stack, it's the work you put in that makes the real difference!
