Week 10 day 3 day 67 overall woke up extra motivated this morning and it showed in my workout took 1cap lgd 1scoop of limitless 1 cap chemical one 3 caps of epidrone pwo warmed up and went at it the workout was

Rack pulls
Military press on knees
Front Squat
Barbell shrug
Hit some more good numbers on flat bench 345 3 reps and 355 3 reps felt great to put up weight like that again I haven't tried that in a while due to my back injury but my body is feeling great and it's showing up in my workouts more to come

chest/back supersets
Flat smith press/ lat pull down 5 sets 7 reps
Incline db press / dead lift 4 sets 10 reps
Incline fly / close grip pull down 3 sets 15 reps
Biceps 4 Tri sets 10 reps
Close grip - normal grip - wide grip barbell curl
Hit 375 for 2 reps on flat smith bp strength is way up pumps wer excellent here is my video of my lift Invalid Link Removed
This cycle is going great this is the most strength I've gained in a long time really satisfied with this run more to come

Arnold press 3 sets 8 reps 60 lb db
225 lb barbell shrug 3 sets 10 reps
Db lat raise 3 12 reps 25 lbs
Behind the back shrug 225lbs 3 sets 10 reps
Face pulls 65 lbs 3 sets 15 reps
Reverse grip shrug 225 lbs 3 sets 10 reps
Legs hack squat 225 4 sets 10 reps
Legs extensions 80 lbs 3 sets 15 reps
Hammy curl 80 lbs 3 sets 12 reps
Good all around pump sweat was pouring more to come
