Week 6 day 7 day 42 overall I am officially at the half way point of this run and it has been a good one loving lgd so far with the addition of chemical one it seems to be working well here is my assessment of this run so far

1.strength /stamina has increased alot and continues to rise no matter how much weight I use it feels light on every lift

2.body composition its been a pleasant surprise to see the recomp effect my body is having this mornings weight was 282.3 the lowest I've been in a while I was planning a lean bulk with this run I am leaning out and staying full just wasn't planning on dropping some lbs in the process but I'm not complaining here is a picture update week 1 to nowInvalid Link Removed

3.libido is still going strong no issue of e.d. Or any problems in that area

4. Side effects still a big fat 0 no joint pain or anything else always a plus

This run is flying by and I am in full recomp mode it's been a fun ride I can't wait to see the end results more to come

Week 7 day 1 day 43 overall had a good afternoon workout took 1 cap lgd 6pumps of dermacrine 1scoop of limitless 1 cap form xt 1 cap chemical one pwo warmed up and hit it the workout was

total body power
Floor press superset T-bar row
Deadlift superset squat
Military press-rear barbell shrug
5 rounds amrap 20 seconds rest between sets

Strength was excellent pushed and pulled some good weight today for some good reps

Floor press - 225 15 reps 225 12 reps 275 10 reps 275 10 reps 295 7 reps

Deadlift - 225 20 reps 225 18 reps 255 12 reps 275 8 reps 285 6 reps

Squat 225 15, 12,12, 11,10 reps my legs are not my strong point

Those are the lifts that stood out for me more to come

Chest was on a crazy pump loved it body felt strong on a side note a mild case of lethargy has set in not to big of a deal more to come

I would guess the LGD is kicking in full bore! You haven't been taking the 1-AD very long have you.
 
Which magical potion do you think is curlpit for the lethargy?

I'm thinking lgd when I ran 1-ad before I had no issues but who knows lol it's not bad if that's the only side I get ill be ecstatic

I'm running 3 caps of epidrone a day to my chem 1 and doing ok so far with lethargy. Still have minor but it's manageable
Will be upping to 6 caps soon

I think I will add epidrone at the start of next week if the lethargy keeps up 3 caps should work with the 6 pumps of dermacrine

Thats what im doing.. minus the dermacrine.. chem one plus 3 caps of epidrone.. I should be good with that dont you think homie?

I added 4 supersets of barbell shrugs Front /back 10 reps with 275lbs pump was good didnt take much to get pumped with this workout more updates to come
 
No workout today had to leave extra early for work this morning and when I got home forget it my little guys wer glued to my hips lol love it

I lost the link to your first thread. What was the LGD dosage? Do you just take yours PWO or first thing in the morning? (or are those essentially the same thing/time?).

Week 7 day 7 day 49 overall another week is in the books had a good week in terms of strength but my intensity wasn't there as much had the good ol lethargy kik in was dragging @$$ at the start of my workouts but finished strong weight didnt change much up 1 pound 283 and some change ive decided to add epidrone 3 caps pwo for the remainder of the cycle I am also switching the last leg of this cycles training up here is my new training schedule starting Monday

I'm going high volume and starting heavy then tapering off toward the end of the week with cardio days in between

Here's my takeaway from this week
1 strength is climbing and climbing love it

3 Sides still on the mild side just lethargy but the dermacrine with epidrone should take care of it

4 stamina is on the rise keeps climbing just like my strength

Still loving this cycle can't belive I'm gonna be starting week 8 more to come

I got a few compliments from my f grandpa who I haven't seen in a few months also my uncle said I was looking full so I think it's working I have a bunch of new stretch marks on my chest and arms as for the wife she noticed how lean I'm looking and the veins in my arms

Good to know about the epidrone. I am going to be starting an LGD run in a couple of weeks and was worried about lethargy, even though I am on TRT. I did read about someone else on TRT still getting lethargy, so I am trying to plan ahead in case that happens to me. Thanks for the great log!

Week 8 day 6 day 56 overall off day for me today this cycle is moving along quick and it seems to be effective my this week was a great week for more strength gains and body composition my neighbor who I haven't seen in a while yesterday said to me what happened to u your lookin lean and full I said thanks I've been bustin my butt training here is my assessment for this week

Strength /stamina - up a ton I've been hitting good numbers weight had been feeling lite

I know its funny I press more on incline bench then squat, my legs have never been a strong point when I was 17 I tore my acl in my right knee so I never pushed my legs hard but that's all changing now
