The "no urgent bathroom trips" is definitely a good way to put it. I haven't heard of Assault causing any GI issues even with people who are usually pretty sensitive that stuff.

Assault is not really a "stimmed out" product, which is great, and half a scoop is a serving and adequate for effects and results! Glad you like and enjoy it

Price disregarded, Assault is probably the best preworkout I've taken. Great, clean energy, great flavor, etc. But since most people need a full scoop you dont get many servings per bottle.
Try scaling how much you use based on the workout, for example I am usually will take a full scoop on my lower body dynamic day and my max upper day, yet only take a half scoop on my other lifting days. This is a nice way to do it too because it keeps your body from building up a caffeine tolerance.
