Im in a similar boat as you right now...

Im 14-15% @ 165lbs right now. I have 140lbs of lean mass and all it will take is 10 more pound fat loss to get me to my 10% goal.

Im trying to do it with a recomp, then I'll be going into a cut.

Thanks man.. im starting the EC stack tmrw. Anyway im all out cutting. It kind of pains me to see myself so small, but to others I look bigger. Its the illusion of low bodyfat. Im happy with how far ive come and im almost there. Then I plan to lean bulk while not going over 12%. Quality over quantity. Keep me posted on your results
 
no worries bro. Overall Im sure you are smaller, but being lean definitely makes you look bigger.. :)

Also It should be easier to add some lean mass without adding a ton of fat once you get super cut up.
Just keep an eye on your body measurements while your clean bulking.

I've been measuring my stomach, waist, and hips every week to make sure Im not adding any fat during
my current recomp. So far, my weight has gone only up 2 pounds these last 2 months, but Ive lost a 1/2"
off my waist & stomach measurements, so Im definitely adding some lean mass while also losing bodyfat.

As soon as I get some time, I will start my log. I just started doing a 16-20 week recomp / cutting cycle.
 
Took my first dose of e/c and hit the gym. Did shoulders & cardio. Split the pills in half so I took 12.5mg e and 100mg c. No jitters or racing pulse..just tons of focus and nice clean energy. Dose #2 will be at 2pm. Im gonna ramp up till I get to 2 full pills a day and keep it there
 
Hows it going with EC stack..?

Hey Vujade, The ec stack is going good. My weight is 180lbs and I havnt checked bodyfat. Im in this for the long haul so Im not checking it every week like before. Im taking 12.5 e/100mg c twice a day. Will soon bump it to 3 times a day and leave it there. Diet is the same but im doing abs twice a week instead of once. 450 cals for cardio postworkout. Tons of bcaas. I also lowered my fats a bit to try and force my body to burn more bodyfat for energy. Its a lot of experimenting. Ill post a full update in a week or so.
 
glad to hear its working out for you. Ive finally go to where I can tolerate a full 25mg of Ephedrine.

My first day of the stack I took the dose and just kept staring at everything deep in thought. Lol. It was wild. Almost a weird 'buzz' to it. Idk Oh well. Hahah. Im pretty stim sensative tho
 
**Update** Hey guys, ive been away for work and everything else I got going on but I figured id keep you posted and aware that im still in this. Im currently 178lbs @ 11.5% bodyfat. Things are moving slowwwww. Im still on the same meal plan but ive cut fats way back to really blast my bodyfat stores. Im going to continue to diet until I hit my 10%. My only complaint is the ec stack. Im taking 1 bronkaid with 1 200mg caffeine tab twice a day. I definitely notice it helping but I can sweat rings through anything and I cant catch my breath during workouts sometimes. Is this normal? My sessions are fast paced and I would probably pass out if I didnt breathe through my mouth. During the rest of the day I have no problems though. Thanks to everyone who has helped me through this and I hope you guys are kicking ass!
