Likely not a creatine issue but to test it just phase it out a while
 
Update! Its only been 5 days since my last update but as of this morning im 192lbs @ 14.8% bodyfat. Ive upped my cardio from 300 cals to 400 cals a day. And I alternate between walking at 3mph and jogging at 6 mph. Ive also had the biggest beef hotdog craving ever. Ive tackled 3 packs of hotdogs since my last update. No bun of course just mustard. I think ive gotten it out of my system, but it was great for upping calories for the time being. Keto does wild things to you. "OH! I can have hotdogs?! NOM NOM NOM" Hahaha. Training is good and strength still holding. Cardio is rough but good. And today is my cheat meal day! One whole pizza, baked ziti and meatballs and cheesecake! Be back in a week for my next update. Thx for all ur help guys

I dont know if anyone is still interested in this but im currently 189lbs @14% bodyfat. Have added one meal daily, and also doing 450 cals for cardio post workout. Strength is dipping a bit now. At the start of the diet I could bench 225 for 3 sets of 8. Now its usually 5 reps for 3 sets. Dumbbell curls have gone from 45s for 6 reps to 40s for 6. Back and legs are holding though. Noticing much more seperation now but still no sign of abs. Only slight upper ab outlines in the right lighting. What a joke hahaha. I have been taking hemavol (thx for the tip!) And love it. Everything else is the same. I will post weekly updates until I hit my 10% :D

Thx guys. Im losing avg 3 lbs a week. It was a cake walk going from 19% to 15%. Now at 14% things are much different. Im gaining a ton of respect for the guys that get to 6-7% without drugs. Sh!it is no joke. Anyone know when ill see these abs? 12% or lower?

I had no problem whatsoever getting down from being over 25% now down to 14% or 15%. But let me tell you, getting below that, takes
proper diet, exercise and now its time for additional supplements to take it to the next level..

My diet, training and cardio is on point. Maybe even overboard. I am still using hydroxycut hardcore elite but can only handle half dosing it due to the anxiety/insomnia that affects me from using it. I also still take creatine, taurine, citrulline malate and whey plus now hemavol. Should I consider something on the next level? I wont touch clen at all, and cant use t3 because it will shrivel me down to a skeleton. Perhaps albuterol? I cant get ephedrine. Any suggestions welcomed.

I am very interested in the results, I am 5'10" 200lbs sitting at 20% BF after a long lay off from the gym, and was considering trying this as well.

Where did you get the outline of the diet from? I would just like to make sure I followed it to the letter for best results.

Thank you very much. Seeing these comments encourage me. I am doing Dave Palumbos keto diet. I probably get in 10 grams net carbs a day and thats it. If you want you can look through this log. It works really well and if you are serious about getting cut I would reccomend it.

Have you looked into Forskolin 95...?
It has a leaning effect whole building lean mass
And It stacks really we'll with ECA,

It's legal to purchase over the counter at your local CVS, Walgreens or Walmart pharmacy.
It can only be purchases in limited quantities which varies by state.
It's sold under the brand names Bronkaid & Primatene.
It's sold as asthma medicine.
Bronkaid has 25mg per tablet and comes in 60 to the box.
It will last a month if you use 2 a day.
You can get 200mg caffeine pills at Walmart in the aspirin aisle,l

Ephedra the herb is no longer available OTC.
Ephedrine the drug is still legal OTC.

Ephedra - has more side effects then Ephedrine. There are other alkaloids that cause anxiety. Ephredrine is a cleaner feeling supplement.
This is the same as Yohimbe vs Yohimbine. Yohimbe has more sides then Yohimbine.

I know I can calculate it based on HR and length of time, but as far as TDEE it is an average for the week. I only am able to get to the gym 3-4 days a week, but can do cardio at home.

I assume that you adjust your calories to below average expenditure on days you are unable to lift, or have very little activity at work throughout the day. Sometimes, I am stuck sitting in my truck for 8-10hrs a day through the week, and only 3 of those days I get to go to the gym.

Purchasing a heart rate monitor would always be helpful, but its not needed. You can google online calculators to fit your physical profile and goals. If I were to skip the gym, I would also skip a meal. If you follow dave palumbos diet you should focus on what he has outlined. His 200lb diet would fit you perfectly. Without over complicating it, just make sure you stick to the diet and training program. It will fall into place and you can adjust as you go. My routine is a little extreme for some people, but it works well for me.

I actually would not concern yourself with macros and calories as Daves diet has all of this pre set into it for the 200lb outline. However, I also wanted my carbs lower so instead of the all natural peanut butter I added 1.5 tablespoons of olive oil to my shakes. This way I got the fats and cals, with zero carbs. Its actually a nice addition I think. But then again being italian over the years we cook everything in olive oil so my taste buds are accustomed to it. Some people cant stand it, and its funny cuz youll never catch me eating regular olives. Nasty. Hahaha
 
Update! Ive been super busy with work and have missed 4 workouts. Currently im 186lbs at 13.5% bodyfat. Got 2.5 weeks to go until my goal date and shooting for 12%. Also if you have twitter PM me ur account and ill follow you! Peace

I am a full week in now, and hitting it hard. I am down 5 lbs and 1% BF already.

Hey guys, work has been crazy and Im sorry I havnt been updating...and I still cant yet. All I know is im looking leaner and have stuck with my diet & program 100%. My scale weight is 183 and I have 8 days to go until my goal date so im not checking bodyfat until then as it only distracts/discourages me. I hope to be 12.5%. I will continue to diet all of may and will keep my log going. At the end ill post pics as well. Hope all of you are kicking ass!

I can't do keto, however, may give it a go.

Polumbo's diet is a little different then a traditional keto diet.

You're eating 60% protein and 35% fat instead of 60% fat and 35% protein

Hey dude, last I checked it was 13.5%.. but that was 4 lbs ago now. I will check may 3rd. I think ill post a vague picture of myself soon. Just dont look amazing so I dont feel ready.

I only rely on the calipers. Do a 3 point test.. chest, stomach & thigh. Lots of things seem to affect it for me tho. I always get lower millimeters after the gym and cardio. I sweat out so much water on that stair climber. And if you start a log ill surely check in on ya. 8 weeks can make a big difference especially with aas.

Ok guys now I need some help. I just bought a box of bronkaid. Ive read some outlines online but have a question I cant find the answer to. Can I stack this with my hydroxycut hardcore elite? And in what fashion? I want to use this all of may and drop 2% bodyfat. I almost bought clen but figured id wait to see how bronkaid affects me. Thanks!

As far as stacking with Hyrdoxyxut with Bronkcaid. I'm not sure if you should take ephedrine, yohimbe and caffeine together.
I know E & C stack well and Y & C also stack well, but I don't think E & Y stack well together, I'm not 100% sure! but you may

I wanted to share this info with you about the ECY Stack.. here is a that used E, C & Y...

"in a study held in 1998, when overweight and obese people were given a combination of
Ephedrine, Caffeine and Yohimbe stack, and asked to exercise, the doctors that did the
study found that the addition of Yohimbine (10mg/d) increased blood pressure and heart
rate while decreasing the heart's efficiency of pumping blood! This increased the load on
the heart during work or exercise that could potentially lead to a heart attack or stroke!
But Ephedrine (50mg/d) + Caffeine (400mg/d) alone, had no such effect on heart function."

Limited sample size and no stats likely meaning the data wasn't statistically significant. Also electric measurement is a poor way to assess EF. They should have used echo.

thats true Mystere, it is just one limited study.

Also Im not discounting your personal experience. Personal experience from trusted members
can definitely tip the scales vs a single study when making informed supplement decisions.

Yohimbe/Yohimbine is just one of the sups, that i feel strongly about. Because depending on
dosage, it can have completely opposite effects.

At low dosage, its a vasodilator and at higher doses, its a vasoconstrictor.

Personally, I wouldn't want to chance taking something that could potentially constrict my
blood vessels, while Im taking something like EC that is increasing my heart rate & BP.

It seems like a potential stroke or heart attack waiting to happen.But thats just me :)

No worries bro :)

I usually use EC twice per day. Once in the AM & the again 4-5 hours later.

I would start with half a tab of E & 100mg caffeine to access your tolerance to E.
Once you know your OK with the E, go for a full 25mg tab plus your 200mg Caffeine pill.

So should I stick to a one tab a day protocol for the entire month? Some ppl are taking 4 bronkaids a day... then again some people also take 4 grams of test a week lol. Im just trying to understand if it should be ramped up is all. My goal is to lose 2% bodyfat on the month im using it.

Need to assess your tolerance. If 200mg of caffeine and 25mg ephedrine keeps you going all day then just stick there.

Personally I do this dose three times a day but I'm not very stim sensitive.
 
I would start out by taking 1/2 an E twice per dat to access your tolerance.
If you sensitive to it, stay there for a month until your tolerance starts to
build up,

If you have no problems you can move to 1 tab twice per day.

Ephedrine loses it's effectiveness over time. So the longer you take it the
more Tolerance you build up and eventually you have to keep upping the dose.

In my twenties, I got up to where I could take 100mg at a time.
Though I wouldn't recommend this to anyone..

It's been years since I've used them regularly so now I'm super sensitive
To them, so I usually only take 1/2 tab twice a day now.

**Update** Hey guys, ok so today I decided to wrap up the month with an update. I am 182lbs at 13% bodyfat. I did not hit my 10%.. nor my 12.5% goal.. but I have went from 19% to 13% in roughly 10 weeks without losing too much muscle. If youve been followimg my thread ive decided to continue the diet all of may with the addition of an E/C stack. I want my 10% and I wont stop till I get there haha. Thanks for all the help and support and I will continue updating every week or so. Tonight is my cheat meal! Then tomorrow back on the grind. Hope everyone is kicking ass.
 
good job Ambi... now that youre down to 13% @ 182, you should have about 158lbs of lean mass.

If you're able to maintain your lean mass, then you should hit 10% @ around 176lbs.
But assuming you lose a few pounds of lean mass too, it will probalby be closer to 172lbs.

so hows the EC stack working out for you..?
