Thx guys. Im losing avg 3 lbs a week. It was a cake walk going from 19% to 15%. Now at 14% things are much different. Im gaining a ton of respect for the guys that get to 6-7% without drugs. Sh!it is no joke. Anyone know when ill see these abs? 12% or lower?
I had no problem whatsoever getting down from being over 25% now down to 14% or 15%. But let me tell you, getting below that, takes
proper diet, exercise and now its time for additional supplements to take it to the next level..

I am very interested in the results, I am 5'10" 200lbs sitting at 20% BF after a long lay off from the gym, and was considering trying this as well.
Where did you get the outline of the diet from? I would just like to make sure I followed it to the letter for best results.

I was averaging 25g of carbs per day when I did Polumbo's diet.
Mainly from almonds and peanut butter.
Why can't you get Ephredrine...? It's still legal in the US,

Have you looked into Forskolin 95...?

**EDIT** Sorry, I shouldve researched before I posted. Ephedra vs Ephedrine, gotcha. Im interested in using the eca stack, but the anxiety concerns me. I am dosing my fatburners at half dose because of the nervousness/racing thoughts I get from it. Any input?
What method do some of you use to figure out your TDEE, or the amount of calories burned during exercise?
I know I can calculate it based on HR and length of time, but as far as TDEE it is an average for the week. I only am able to get to the gym 3-4 days a week, but can do cardio at home.
I assume that you adjust your calories to below average expenditure on days you are unable to lift, or have very little activity at work throughout the day. Sometimes, I am stuck sitting in my truck for 8-10hrs a day through the week, and only 3 of those days I get to go to the gym.
I was considering buying a basis watch to see what I burn through the day as well as when I go to the gym or do cardio.

On the diet it says to keep carbs under 30g a day with macros of 60/30/10, but I was going to try and do about half of that.
Would you recommend I bump up the fat or the protein ? Maybe 65/30/5 or 60/35/5?
I know it depends on the person, and will probably have to see how my body reacts, but was just curious of anyone's input.

Hey dude, last I checked it was 13.5%.. but that was 4 lbs ago now. I will check may 3rd. I think ill post a vague picture of myself soon. Just dont look amazing so I dont feel ready.

I've checked my BF 3 different ways...
Calipers I was 14%
Navy Calculator I was 15.6%
Bio impedence scale I was 10.5% (I wish...!, not sure why it read so low, probably not calibrated)
I figure the first two are closer to the truth.
I'll be starting a log this weekend because i just started a recomp/cutting cycle that I will be running.for
8 weeks followed By 4 weeks pct and then 8 more weeks of a natty recomp/cutting cycle

Ok guys now I need some help. I just bought a box of bronkaid. Ive read some outlines online but have a question I cant find the answer to. Can I stack this with my hydroxycut hardcore elite? And in what fashion? I want to use this all of may and drop 2% bodyfat. I almost bought clen but figured id wait to see how bronkaid affects me. Thanks!

Limited sample size and no stats likely meaning the data wasn't statistically significant. Also electric measurement is a poor way to assess EF. They should have used echo.

I usually use EC twice per day. Once in the AM & the again 4-5 hours later.
I would start with half a tab of E & 100mg caffeine to access your tolerance to E.
Once you know your OK with the E, go for a full 25mg tab plus your 200mg Caffeine pill.
So should I stick to a one tab a day protocol for the entire month? Some ppl are taking 4 bronkaids a day... then again some people also take 4 grams of test a week lol. Im just trying to understand if it should be ramped up is all. My goal is to lose 2% bodyfat on the month im using it.
