Well, there was a lot of celebrations going on this weekend. My last day of work, my Father's 50th B-Day, My cousin's graduation.

Leg day today:
Squat: 225*15 315*15 375*5
Split Squat: 135*12 155*12 165*10
SLDL's: 225*12 275*88 295*7
Lunges: 60*12 60*12 60*12
Seated Calf Raise: 180*10

Bodyweight was 187lbs but this was from the scale at the doctors office. I had an appointment later in the day.
 
Eh, it's getting to be a little tough to continue logging this week. Today will be my last post of this log. If/when I start another log, I will bump this one with a link.

So here's the workout:
Snatches: 115*9 115*10 165*1
DB Shoulder Press: 72.5*12 77.5*9 82.5*5
DB Side Laterals: 32.5*12 42.5*8 47.5*5
DB Rear Delt Laterals: 22.5*15 27.5*12 32.5*10
No Calf Work today

*The weird #'s for the DB movements are because I have changeable DB's, and the handles weigh 2.5lbs.
 
yesterday I weighed 187lbs at the doctors office, but that's with heavier clothes on than at the gym. So I'd say about 185lbs.

ya im right around there right now but ive been running a low carb recently and a super high pro.... so although not totally depleted im sure my muscles arent holdong near the amount of glycogen as normal... strength isnt suffering though.....

Just wondering what are your long term goals? are you trying to gain mass currently or just maintaining? all i know is you do an aweful lot of cardio, lol.

I'd say my ultimate goal is to be "Superman". I want to get stronger, run faster, be in the best all together athletic shape I can be, and look good on the side.

armidex is not a suicide inhibitor...and is the easiest on lipids,or safest to run longer term.....i used 1mg a day on my last cycle......oh and trogdor is gay
