15 power snatch (35kg)

Did 4 rounds. Very annoyed as I really stuffed up the double unders.

We then did a 2nd workout. Had a carb binge last night so had to sweat it out today.

12 mind AMRAP
30 wall ball (9kg)
20 butterfly sit ups
10 HSPU

Did 3 full rounds. Was pretty toast and had some sore shoulders

Today was nuts. Arms were jacked up from all the push ups. Veins in my lats

Every 3 minutes complete the following
10 x power cleans 70kg
10 x burpees

So start at 0,3,6,9,12,15 minutes. This is quiet deceiving.

Great endurance and energy as usual.

On a side note, 14.2 has been released.

I heard the ones that light up when you step on the heel or have a roller-wheel pop out are great for CF.

I am sure they would work wonders with those over head presses / squats lol

I haven't seen kids with Heelies in a long time.
