Crazy energy and endurance. Just keeps getting better and better. I would say that max pump has most benefits over an 8 week cycle. I feel that 4 is too short as it takes about 1 week to saturate the cells.

What is your normal time on that WOD?

Looks intense with the rows, deads and wall ball. (had to look up wall ball).

I agree with you on Max Pump, the longer I take it the more effective it becomes. And when I stopped I still get the effects for 5-6 days.

Just bought the STIMUL8, taking first serving tom. Recently just got off Marinade PW. Tried about everything out there from Jack to Craze... well see.

Tweaked my back a little during yesterday's hang cleans. Not a massive issue but tender.

Today didn't do strength work and the WOD was tough but not grueling

Did 6 rounds. Kept it safe and still managed to sweat an entire ocean worth of water.
 
Hope the back is ok Chris. Nothing worse than some back pain. That said, doesn't look like it held you back!

Was tender doing T2B but have been do lots of mobility and it is freeing up.
