Double big mac

hard to see but its loal lake efffect artisan ice cream "better than sex" amazing chocolate base with chocolate chunks, white chocolate pearls and brownies...it was great!

ALso had a mcgriddle, mc double, mc chicken, a few otehr pints of ice cream, contianer if bday cake oreos, 4 Pazkis (donuts), 5 peice french toast sticks..... also one more breakfast quesalupa and 2 breakfast crunchwraps..............thats all i remember, dont know calories but rpobably 15-20k

I did get extremely bloated worse than ever it was to the point where I couldn't see my knuckles my hands puffed up so bad

mkretz how was the breakfast version vs the regular quesalupa?
Both agree great.., I really like breakfast food so I'd gi be that the slight edge, if the potatoes were crispy it would be an easy choice for breakfast, loved the breakfast crunchwrap, the California was my favorite the hash brown inside stays super crispy

I did get extremely bloated worse than ever it was to the point where I couldn't see my knuckles my hands puffed up so bad
hahahaha holy crap I feel normal now. Never been that bad though, just sock marks on ankles during Christmas and easter lol.

Thanks I guess lol, it's weird though cuz that didn't happen even on my 30k day
Must've been more related to the cumulative effects from a few cheats closer together... I find that if I only do then rarely I bloat a lot less than if I eat even half as much but multiple days in a row (like a vacation or something)...

You mean like a calorie goal? Haha no not really I'm just gunna write down things I want to eat that I haven't in the last 30 weeks and start eating. Like a whole pecan pie

The pumpkin pecan cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory is great - basically a pumpkin cheesecake on top of pecan pie hnnnngggg

yep, thats what i meant.

haha i tried that method and ended up with a list of mostly sweets... I got about 5hrs in and had to totally change the plan as I was so sick of sweet things after a dozen donuts, 2 pints of ice cream, peeps, pop tarts, and a ton of oreos... Yuo'll crave actual food.

A slice is 7$. I would only get like 2-3 slices as that alone would rack upward to 3,000+ kcals.
You will regret if you eat a lot of nothing but sweets. Really make sure you get a good balance of whole foods
pizza, burgers, fries, rice, chinese, pasta, meatballs etc.

This is perfect. It's like you know me haha. I need a schedule like this because otherwise I eat the most random crap and end up unsatisfied with the I ate along with a little bit sick haha.

I am not a huge fan of being a glutton and eating 10,000-20,000 calories in a day. I rather practice a meal or 2 a week in moderation and move forward and eat more on a daily basis.

not gonna lie I do a lot of cardio.... lately more cheating than normal
You have also pointed you have had a few slip up's In doing so you resort to doing "lots" of cardio.

I would rather personally do far less cardio (i only do 10 minutes a week), eat more daily, and just have a few meals here or there and move forward. Majority of the time I fit in foods every now and then to hit my cravings and save a Chinese take out or a pint of ice cream for a cheat meal.

Its personal preference on how you want to go about your dietary needs for moderation. I just don't want to resort back to some bad ways & a bad relationship with food like I had in the past.

Good luck man I use to go every year when I was in college had a few friends do it . They have had some decent overall winners in the past 20 years thats for sure
