Morning AM!

This is my first post in my dedicated log for RAD140 and S23 courtesy of PureRawz! Full disclosure, this is a sponsored log thanks to my homie @Leakydelts! We discussed this specific stack and it seems to fit my goals perfectly during my comeback, which is to build muscle and shred up. To set the standard, I came back into the gym on January 31, 2020 did a bodyscan and was recorded at 216 lbs and 28.3% bodyfat. Having been a serious lifter in the past with basically the past year off, I knew that muscle memory would become a reality for me. And I knew that if I simply trained consistently and started eating right, the fat would start to fall off too.

Now my last scan was 43 days ago, but I definitely feel much more muscular and leaner too. However, my diet was still hit or miss, so that will definitely be a focal point for this run. I was taking Trest Ace at 25mg ED for the entire 6 weeks and I added 1200mg of Epiandro daily about 2.5 weeks in. Additionally, I was taking 50mg of Ralox and 25mg of Aromasin a day. And of course a pre, creatine, glutamine, BCAAs and some vitamins and minerals.

For this run, I will be dosing 20-30mg of RAD (morning) and 20-30mg of S23 (10-15mg morning and 10-15mg evening) for 8-12 weeks, depending on how I feel. I will be walking down my daily Trest dose by 5mg a day until I get to 5mg a day so I have some base going to prevent lethargy and what not. And I will be reducing the dose of my Ralox to where I am at 25mg daily. I will keep Aromasin on hand if needed. I will dropping the BCAAs and glutamine but sustaining the creatine daily. Additionally, I'll be focusing on Vitamins C, D, K2, Zinc and Magnesium. For Preworkout, it’ll be Full Blitz and Vaso Blitz.

My split will be the following:

Day 1 - Bench and accessories
Day 2 - Cardio or rest
Day 3 – Deadlift and accessories
Day 4 – Cardio or rest
Day 5 – Bench and accessories
Day 6 – Squat and accessories
Day 7 – Cardio or rest

Although my workouts will be focused around the core lifts (bench, squat, deadlifts) I will include accessories every workout to build brute strength and power.

And last but not least, I will start with maintenance calories which is about 2550 calories, 191 grams of protein, 287 grams of carbs and 71 grams of fat. I will be posting in here most everyday, and pausing my other fitness and life oriented log titled "The Swede's Transformation Log."

I am hoping to get a bodyscan today so we can get some new baseline metrics, but I did weigh myself on the home scale post workout and it said I weigh 227.5. Don't know how accurate the scale is, maybe be a few lbs heavy. Below is a pic from Wednesday night, no pump so that gives us some kind of baseline visually. I'll try and drop some selfies in here after working my specific body parts.

Now to the products in question:

I was very impressed with the shipping mechanism of PureRawz. The package arrived in a timely manner and was very clean and professional looking. As you can see from the pics attached, they sent me a cool wrist band sticker too. Nice marketing touch.

I took my first dose last night, roughly 10 mg of each and felt energized. The taste was what you'd expect from SARMs, although the S23 seems to have a kind of cinnamon after taste. I dosed again this morning about 30 minutes before the gym along with my pre and felt huge and pumped. My lift was solid and I felt vascular at times.

Well, I will report back tomorrow with any relevant observations and feelings.

Thanks!

I’m in for sure.

just out of interest how come so much asin bro? 25mg a day is a massive dose, even for trest surely?

I’m guessing it’s something you’ve dialled in over the years but just struck me that you use a lot it seems?

anyway, get this one smashed 💪

Thanks for joining homie!

Great question, just seemed like I was converting and I was getting concerned about gyno. I’d read if folks taking .5mg - 1mg if Arimided EOD on Trest, so this Aromasin dose seemed to make sense. And this was the first time I’ve ever run Aromasin, so maybe I need to reevaluate my approach next time. I still feel like a newb here so I appreciate the advice and support you guys provide!

ok cool. I’d definitely have a look at that asin dose brother. 25mg a day is really really high (for reference I use 12.5mg once a week for 600mg test.....)

Asin is stronger than Adex as well

Bloods is the best way to confirm but monitoring the old nipples to wait for gyno sides works well for me as well 👍 you’ll want a decent amount of estrogen to grow

have a great run

Yes sir! Thank you for the feedback and insights. I’ve dropped it to 12.5 a day, while my Trest dose is still in the 20mgs per day. Should I drop it to like 6.25mg a day and see how I fair?

Another question if I may: I’m taking Ralox to fight off and hopefully eat up some pre-existing gyno. Is 25 mg a day still good for something like that?

Thanks @Whisky! Glad to have you aboard!

Yes. Would lower aromasin even more. Start at what you think is the Lowes possible dose, and then work your way up from there.

Thanks man! Will do.... appreciate you guys taking the time to help a young grasshopper out.
it’s all good brother. It’s probably only the last couple of years that the benefits of letting estrogen run a bit higher and not crushing it with ai has become more widely accepted as the best approach from what I’ve seen.

as Thor says, really you want the minimum dose needed to avoid any gyno issues.

truthfully unless you are trying to reverse gyno I wouldn’t be running ralox at all.

basically ralox (or nolva) bind to the estrogen receptor in the breast preventing estrogen from doing so. The ai (like asin) reduces the amount of circulating estrogen.

the only time I can see to use both is gyno reversal. If you aren’t trying to reverse it the imo your way overkill. Trest converts pretty heavily but it’s not that crazy bad. Me personally, I’d wait for the tingle in the nipple and dose 12.5 asin. Then wait for it again and dose again, should settle into a pattern pretty quick.

This is very user dependent with trest. You not only have estrogen to worry about but prolactin as it is a 19nor. I absolutely NEED Ralox and good doses of AIs to run it. If I look at a vial without taking them you can start milking me. Obviously that differs person to person but even at joint pain relief doses of deca I have prolactin shooting up. Trest is another animal. I always have caber on hand for any 19nor runs as well. P5P also from the start.

oh I agree on trest being a different animal. I personally like caber to address the prolactin issues off a 19nor though......

what sort of trest doses were you running. 20mg a day I wouldn’t have pegged as a ‘high dose’ but that’s just my opinion (and I do respond well to 19nors myself so much experience on them I appreciate won’t be reflective of everyone’s)

When I last ran it IM I was running it fairly low dose actually and still struggled but I didn’t have any caber ready to go as I didn’t realize I would be having the issues I did

Update: Smashed back today and felt very strong. Very strong. The pump wasn’t all that, but I was fasted so there’s that. Regardless, I was stronger (moved up in weight) l on every lift!

Dosed 20mg RAD and 10mg of S23 about an hour and a half before I left the house for the gym.

I don’t know if it’s placebo or what but my aggression is through the roof. I was very testy and short this morning, not how I want to be, so I’ll definitely need to keep a close eye on that kind of thing.

All in all, I’m good to go so far! Look forward to a day of eating good and clean.

Definitely this. User dependent. @Whisky needing 12.5 a week on 600 test means nothing regarding what you will need on your dose of Trest. Same for SERM use. The great takeaway there is lower ancillaries down until you start to get issues, then bump back to what worked.

Also consider mast especially and some other DHTs can help balance estrogen to prevent gyno. And RAD140. So if you get gyno at 200 test with no AI, you could add some Exemestane, add some Masteron or Proviron, or take some Raloxifene, Toremifene, or Tamoxifen. And if prolactin is an issue, B6/P5P, prami, or even Caber may be needed. DHTs can also help offset high prolactin issues a little, indirectly.

I needed 12.5 Exem 5x & 0.5 Caber 3x over 2 week periods running 210 test e & 500 Dien e - using 30mg Ralox daily. I had tremendous results.

Ralox is the SERM of choice to stay on. Less toxic than Tamoxifen and it helps build bone density. Quite safe. Matt Jansen says he has his clients in the off-season usually running their test base (500-1250mg) with 150/150 eq & deca usually and taking 20mg Tamoxifen daily and 12.5mg exem up to daily if needed. And if you are worried about the 20% endogenous GH reduction, a couple iu GH daily easily outweighs that heavily.

I don’t know if it’s placebo or what but my aggression is through the roof. I was very testy and short this morning, not how I want to be, so I’ll definitely need to keep a close eye on that kind of thing.
I warned you! It’s not placebo.

General Update: woke up today feeling pretty good after a solid 8 of sleep. After hitting the latrine, I weighed 226.4.

Also making some updates to this log as I really want to focus on RAD and S23 exclusively and how they can impact your physique and training. That being said, I’m dropping the preworkouts and creatine, and will use coffee and cialis as my pre. I know this may sound counter intuitive to some, but it just dawned on me that to really isolate the effectiveness of compounds, we have to control the study to get measurable results.

Anyhow, I’m excited for this run. I dosed 20mg of RAD and 10mg of S23 just now. Headed to the grocery store to by some steaks and flowers, and then we are off to grab the missus here favorite coffee. I may hit legs later, it’s really all about what the wifey wants to do today, so I may end up just hitting legs tomorrow.

Y’all have a good day, and happy Valentine’s Day!

have a good valentines bro.

just on the creatine and pwo......personally I would keep everything you normally do the same. If your baseline is to use creatine and pwo then make the s23 and rad the only variables from normal. That was we can see the impact better...

just a thought anyway

Just some pics as I’m cleaning the bathrooms before our friends come over for lunch.

No pump. Looking forward to growing more muscle and burning more fat! And also looking forward to shaving too so we can see what’s under that hair lol!

Update: Feeling a tad less puffy today than I was yesterday, we ate pretty cray cray over the weekend so! I hit chest today, really focused on some heavy sets with 5 singles of 275 and the weight felt great! Really looked pump, but no as veiny due to the sloppy eating this weekend. My buddy kept eyeing my arms though so I think he's noticing some changes.

Another update: wifey was off today. She cooked us lunch and we had some dessert upstairs. She kept commenting how solid my chest and arms felt. Definitely boosted my ego. So I don’t know if I was just pumped or if this stuff is making my muscles feel harder, but she liked that. Oh, the increased aggression in the sack didn’t hurt either.

Woo! Just dosed 30 mg of RAD and 15 mg of S23! Sitting here listening to metal in my wife’s minivan while it’s 22 degrees out, hoping it’ll warm up soon! But luckily for me, we went baller status and got her seat warmers (my Tundra does not have seat warmers!) so life is good! About to hit some deadlifts, military press and other fun stuff!

Notes: Has a banging workout today! First time back deadlifting on a bar vs trap bar. Felt pretty good to be honest... had way more in the tank but I really want to work my way up slowly on deadlifts because I have some technical things to work on, and I need to increase mobility. I ended up blasting some accessories too, everything felt great but my dumbbell curls. Oh well, there’s always next week!

The energy on RAD and S23 is legit. The only side I notice (besides being more aggressive in the gym and the sac) is some minor acne... had two bumps pop up in my face and a few on my back. Got some face wash and a back scrubber so we will see if that helps. I figure if it was summer I’d be in the sun a lot and that would help too.

Y’all have a good day!

Every compound & hormone flux scenario gives me acne, high estrogen or androgen, but S23 specifically gives me more than average.

You can try scrubbing your back with Dawn dish soap once or twice a week to help dry it out, but ultimately it’s going to probably keep coming. Probably the main side for me from it besides aggression; I can’t really think of anything else.

Had a really fun and interesting workout today. Kind of a 5x5 split with a few extras thrown in:

Squat
5x5 @ 185

Bench Press
5x5 @ 245

Barbell Rows
5x5 @ 155

Standing Calf Raises
2x8 @ 260

Dips
3x10 @ bodyweight

Skullkrushers
2x8 @ 90

Dummbell Shrugs
3x10 @ 90

Back Extensions
3x10 @ 25+

Notes: Really focused on my squat form today, widened up my stance a ton and felt much better, more stable, and got way way lower too. Bench felt great, just let the bar rest on my chest for one second before I pushed off. The barbell rows felt weird, but I haven't done these in over a year so maybe that was the issue.

Everything else was awesome. My biggest problem really was trying to find a place to put the 90 lbs dumbbells when I was doing shrugs. Otherwise feeling large and in charge!

My only sides at this point are a tad bit of high blood pressure and some acne. Turns out I missed a few doses of Cycle Assist a few days back so I think that might be part of the problem with the blood pressure. Going to get back on track with that and hydrate more during the day. Also, got some fancy face wash and within two days it already seems to be helping.

Y'all have a good one!

****, I hope not. I'd read that too but noticed it was dependent on genetic history of MPB. ****, it ain't worth it to me if I start shedding.
It's always dependent on genetics ofcourse, but still certain things can cause it more than others. Keep us posted!

I have used it 4 times. If you aren’t a shedder it’s not going to be a big deal. If you are it will.
Don't think I'm a shedder, but I'm also getting old too, so...

Nice dude!

You are deep into a cut! For me, energy levels fluctuate at this point regardless of PEDs, and I put it down to homeostasis. Stay focused on your numbers, refeed if u have to, ride it out bro you will adapt and find that next level.

He started the work out at 10pm too, that’s past my bed time! I hope you can get enough sleep to keep up with all that hard work.

Thanks bro! Solid advice! I will definitely heed it if I don't round the corner in a day or so.

Ha! I did... it was based off an old powerlifting routine I followed back in the day where you hit heavy bench Monday, light bench Wednesday, and medium bench Friday. I have some **** I'm working through, my sister passed about a year ago and I just kept working through the emotional pain on Monday night. I dunno, I guess I was sad, angry and frustrated. Hard to explain, but I was dealing with some demons and just keep going. And going.

Yeah that’s a lot of work in anyone’s book
Too much my friend. Gotta start working smarter and not harder.

Working on the sleep bit man. I just got reamed at work and decided I'd rather workout late at night than not work out at all.
