M: Chest- DB press, DB decline press, smith incline press, cable flyes, pushups, hammerstrength wide chest, pull ups, abs
T: Back- PULL UPS, bent over rows, cable rows, good mornings, lat pull downs, hammer strength lat work, abs, calves
W: Cardio- Tennis (90mins)/biking (45mins)/treadmill (25-30 mins) or a combo
Th: Legs- supersquats, calf raises, quad extensions, farmers walk, treadmill/resistance cardio, abs
F: Arms- Pull ups, dips, curls, tricep extensions, forearm work, farmers walk, rowing
S: Tennis/Cardio/Off
Su: Tennis/Cardio/Off
Diet macros:
150-200g protein- Ive found this range the best for my body and metabolism. I get the majority of my protein from whole foods and make up the remainder in powders like GF pro, Ultra Peptide 2.0, Relentless, WPI
300g carbs- Again, vast majority from whole foods. I eat a lot of fruit and vegetables, and focus on whole wheat and whole grain for as much carb intake as possible.
Minimal fats- The fats I consume come from peanut butter, milk, other dairy like yogurt, etc.
What supps have you used in the past:

Goals:
I lost a good amount of weight when I got sick and have been on the way up ever since. I am competing the recomp 2008 contest and also donating from my stash to the winners, and as a competitor I know XF will give me an edge. I am experienced with it but would like to try new stacks. By the end of a 50 day cycle I want to be 160lbs at 8-9% bf.
