The Solution's Sprint to the Finish Line

That looks delicious.

Did not make weight...
was over by a pound.
My scale was 154.2-154.4.. Scale here must be heavier. weighed in about 3 times to boot.

it is what it is.. Welterweight it will be....

Just gonna eat and do my best.

Still gonna be the most conditioned mofo out there

Know that all too well. We used to be 1-1.5 lbs under on our scales for insurance.

Sucks trying to puke - piss - etc. for a second weigh in.

Look forward to seeing how you do! Always rooting my man!!!

Good luck bob

Total bummer for sure
I could of ate all day and helped fill myself out.
Coach says we are going to have to eat a lot to fill out so that is what I have been doing.
Steak + Potato right after weighin at 4
6oz chicken + 32g Almond Butter + 5 Rice Cakes at 6/8/10 and also sipping on a gatorade
16oz of water at each one of the meals above. Getting tighter as the night goes on. Just posing between meals.. Trying to kick my feet up and relax and let the food do its part. Lets see how things go tomorrow.

after 5 meals last night since 4 PM woke up the same weight this morning. Still super flat. Blew threw all the food.
Just gonna eat and adjust as much as possible and hope I can bring some definition to the stage.

I hope the sacrafice trying to make LW does not backfire on me.

Thanks for running a quality log Bob!

Good luck on the show!

Also, just out of curiosity, which pre workouts have you been using lately?

Wow that's crazy... almost no difference as of yet. I can't believe how little filling that did.

Best of luck today man! Hope all that good gets moving before tonight

No high volume or something with nitrates for pump?

Would've thought some more simple carbs like jelly on those cakes or something.

Good work getting the move tho. That's a sure sign you're at least garnering some good attention

Carbs?
I have had well over 500+ G already today man.
Believe me. I have had my fair share and still thats only half the day LOL

Just had a burger and fry
6 more rice cakes with Almond butter (finished a full jar)
2 more rice/chicken/egg and almond butter meals.

Got plenty of some simple sugars for backstage, cookies, and a peanut butter cupcake for later.

My stomach is in a different world after living off P+V for a few weeks lol

It has been a long 6 months of dieting into my best conditioning ever. With that said, its been a long road, I had to overcome calories that were my lowest ever, cardio that was the highest it has ever been, and many mental and physical obstacles to push my body to its limits.I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me along the process. Without support, friendship, and mental drive I would not be where I am today.

First of all a huge thank you goes to my coach Austin Stout. He was the man with the plan, while the last few weeks were hard he kept me sane in the process. Jack Sullivan for helping me every single week with my posing to make sure I looked my best ever on stage. Jamie Russo and Joe Sambuchio for tagging along and rooming with me in West Virginia. Joe & Amanda who are great workout partners who help me push through early morning workout sessions. Winston Posvar, Joshua Dudek, Ian Mcpherson, Bill Ryan, Matt Hawryliw and countless others for the support on a day to day basis.

I came very close to LW and weighed in heavy day of the show. Took a gamble on sacrificing food and water in Friday to make weight and it came back to bite me. I made the most of the situation as Austin and Jack helped me fill out as much as possible. But I just could not my body soaked everything I ate

At the end of the day I ended up 4th in Welterweights my first time competing in this class and top 5 in Classic Physique. My Body just can't suck down into a LW anymore as it started to fight back the last few weeks of prep. lesson learned. Time to move forward and pack on some quality size and bring up my lagging upper body

When are you planning on competing again? Will you just be concentrating on classic physique? Or competing bigger in welterweight? Nice job, Bob!

Congrats man! That's a great showing especially considering the circumstances.

Enjoy the feasting!!!

Fill out into a welter
Remember I tried to make LW and barley missed it. so i weighed in at 156. WHEN cutoff for Welter is 164 1/2

imagine me with 8 more pounds of muscle on stage. Then I will look much better and bigger.

NOW if i did not try and sacrafice myself to try and make LW i could of been much fuller/harder and placed better..

Again lesson learned. I just did classic because I dieted for so long so i crossover just to do it.

I only like buttercream icing... cake in general is just boring and way too often not done well and have garbage icing. Unless it's a really dense and moist cake, don't even bother for me.
