Know that all too well. We used to be 1-1.5 lbs under on our scales for insurance.
Sucks trying to puke - piss - etc. for a second weigh in.
Look forward to seeing how you do! Always rooting my man!!!
Good luck bob
Wow that's crazy... almost no difference as of yet. I can't believe how little filling that did.
Best of luck today man! Hope all that good gets moving before tonight
This morning was 12 rice cakes with almond butter almost through a jar lol
2 rice chicken and egg meals with almond butter
Ham bacon egg and cheese sandwich
About 30oz water
Few cookies before stage
Glycofuse and 2 scoops conquer unleashed non stim
Moved towards center second we turned around people said I had best conditioned just a touch out sized for bodybuilding
6 in class should finish top 3 as many have stated but we will see
No high volume or something with nitrates for pump?
Would've thought some more simple carbs like jelly on those cakes or something.
Good work getting the move tho. That's a sure sign you're at least garnering some good attention
When are you planning on competing again? Will you just be concentrating on classic physique? Or competing bigger in welterweight? Nice job, Bob!
Congrats man! That's a great showing especially considering the circumstances.
Enjoy the feasting!!!

It has been a long 6 months of dieting into my best conditioning ever. With that said, its been a long road, I had to overcome calories that were my lowest ever, cardio that was the highest it has ever been, and many mental and physical obstacles to push my body to its limits.I want to give a huge thank you to everyone who has supported me along the process. Without support, friendship, and mental drive I would not be where I am today.
First of all a huge thank you goes to my coach Austin Stout. He was the man with the plan, while the last few weeks were hard he kept me sane in the process. Jack Sullivan for helping me every single week with my posing to make sure I looked my best ever on stage. Jamie Russo and Joe Sambuchio for tagging along and rooming with me in West Virginia. Joe & Amanda who are great workout partners who help me push through early morning workout sessions. Winston Posvar, Joshua Dudek, Ian Mcpherson, Bill Ryan, Matt Hawryliw and countless others for the support on a day to day basis.
I came very close to LW and weighed in heavy day of the show. Took a gamble on sacrificing food and water in Friday to make weight and it came back to bite me. I made the most of the situation as Austin and Jack helped me fill out as much as possible. But I just could not my body soaked everything I ate
At the end of the day I ended up 4th in Welterweights my first time competing in this class and top 5 in Classic Physique. My Body just can't suck down into a LW anymore as it started to fight back the last few weeks of prep. lesson learned. Time to move forward and pack on some quality size and bring up my lagging upper body
Prepare yourself for Epic Cheat Meal thread tomorrow.
Its gonna be crazy.
Breakfast starts with a Frappuccino and a Huge ass 1 pound muffin LOL
