The Solution's Sprint to the Finish Line

I don't know, I think you look really good. You're probably not very tall and being that lean certainly helps. But you said you actually need to lose a couple of pounds, right? What would you ideal weight be, without sacrificing the conditioning, of course?

154.5 to make LW Cutoff
i am 5'7.. pretty tall for a LW

157 pounds is not jacked brother... Better think again.

Shyt Bob, 99% of the men on this earth would love to look like you. You can be real, but at least give yourself a little credit. It isn't easy looking the way you do

When i come move into a competitive Middleweight which is more accurate for my height, then I am getting somewhere.
157 pounds is bikini girl status brah.

How much weight would you need and do you feel like you are capable?

I think he's being modest here. I mean, 170cm and 70+ kg, being that shredded... I'd call that accomplishment.

Bingo

How much weight would you need and do you feel like you are capable?

Well I have to be around 176 to be a competitive middleweight.
Come in around 166 and light in the class and be prepared to be smoked.

If I compete at 154. You do the math. almost 22 pounds of muscle to make the top of MW's. That does not happen overnight bud.

I know. I know you've going at it a bit, too. Just didn't know if you felt your frame could get there. Me personally, the most I ever weighed was 202, 203. That was 40 + lbs I put on in a couple of years, mostly lean mass. Now, at my age, it feels like a struggle to get back to 200. Anyway, nice job again man

I know. Modesty is a good trait and goes hand-in-hand with hard work I think

I use to be 240 in a 5'7 frame. You think your bad at 6'2 and 200? lol... thats nothing.
It is not a struggle at all. You just have to eat for it, and if you have a hard time eating.. well your doing it wrong and not utilizing the proper sources.

Hard time eating....no....I love food. I am just trying to gain in a way that I can still reasonably see my abs. I do know 3500-3600 a day hasn't quite been cutting it...haha

You answered your own problem. But yet you are not taking action. like I just said to fix it..
Holding a very lean figure does not always result in seeing better gains. Sometimes you need to push the envlope to do so.
Just like if I stayed this lean year round 1 its not good for my hormones. 2 I would never build muscle and 3. My sleep and energy would be Crap forever.

Right on man!!! Glad you got the product AND the flavor that you wanted!!!!!!

3 Weeks out Today.. Weight 158.2

Finish Line:
Taste is incredible. Hard to judge off one session alone. But I know that being so close to a show right now everything is mind over matter. Legs Hurt, Can't sleep, always cold. It really just comes down to mentally telling yourself to keep going. This is where people make or break.. Considering Peak Week is a bunch of pump workouts, water maniupulation etc.. that really is not too much of a grind. So really 2 weeks to dial in a few pounds and make weight.

Mirror is moving fast. Ill snag some 3 week out pics here shortly in my Bodybuilding trunks.

Great job, Bob. Hopefully your conditioning will be strongly considered at your show

Your side chest and back double bi are your best poses imo

You're doing well bud. Subd to see the load and comp day.

I'm so glad I won't b competing vs you bro. Sick look

SO far only a few days in, hard to really gauage anything especially in prep. Right now my focus is to not get injured and just really get a great mind muscle connection and range of motion these last few weeks before the stage.

Still nothing new to report as far as endurnace, and recovery. I am recovering just fine even on a very big caloric deficit in the last few weeks here. Just trying to maintain my mass, fullness, and make sure I am not risking injury. At almost 2 weeks out your goal is to just finish strong, Get a great MMC and make sure you are getting a full range of motion in stimulating the muscles.

Quick one today, Recovery and endurnace were both good from start to finish. As the light at the end of the tunnel gets closer I am getting more anxious for the stage.. Really within striking distance now of my weight class. With peak week coming up next week that should easily be able to drop off some water and make weight.

Ill get some 2 week pics up later today.

I recall a thread asking our favorite bodybuilders in history.

Well if it were phrased. Today. You are mine. Your dedication. Expertise and thoughtful logs are a testimony as to why.

You have served to inspire me to improve all aspects of my daily training and nutrition. It's humbling yet gratifyingly wonderful.

Recovery and Performance continues to shine. Rest between sets continues to drop down. I also notice fatigue does not settle in as fast as it should. Especially at 13 days out I will take all of that. My numbers on my lifts are the same if not going up this close to a show. For being 157 pounds and being able to push things I was when I was 185-190 is really right where I want to be. Not losing strength will allow me to come in full, hard, and grainy for my show. The 3 things you need to be a complete bodybuilder.

Doing its job. Quick, Effective, and to the point with training. Sessions have been under 60 minutes which leaves me plenty of time to get my cardio done and get home in time to get to work. Endurnace carries over into cardio as I pound out 5 HIIT Sessions a week and eclipse over 250+ minutes of LISS throughout the week. Have to say I am very impressed with not only the flavor but the formula and the effects.
