Quick question Solution. You know your body well. How much more do you think you have lost using this stack than you would have without?
Impossible to say, i would assume in 8 weeks i will lose 8 pounds without the stack maybe 10-11 with. But again that is just a guess.
I think at the end of the day, stacks such as these would be considered to attempt to help make sure that you're losing the right kind of weight![]()

Hey chef bob what would be a couple of good ingredients to make a protein pudding pie? Not sure if you have a recipe for this or not?
Edit- Im thinking some dry pudding mix, protein powder, and cream cheese. Mix all that together and get it thick as possible, then refrigerate.
Wish i had samples i like AA it has nitrates (Lecuine) + Hydration complex + bits of citrulline
I use that pre-workout and cor bcaa intra-workout for fasted training

Update: Weight down almost 2 pounds this week starting Stack Energy is good on alphamine a little shaky at first taking in 300+ Mg a day Anyone have intestinal/gut issues on erase pro/forskolin (first time taking both products) Did not experience any whiel on alpha/alphamine last run. NO loss in strength in week 1 visibly leaner, waist is tighter and down a notch already.
Some people report GI distress while taking forskolin on an empty stomach, and also it depends how much you take atone dose. How are you dosing your forskolin? As for EP GI distress, i havent heard much about it so its probably the forskolin causing the GI distress.
As directed earlier in this thread before i started 1 cap upon waking with either 1 Alpha T2/2 Alphamine or 2 Alpha T2/Alphamine depending on workout then other dose later in day with Alpha T2/Alphamine dose. I dont think taking forskolin with meals would be beneficial?
You may be sensitive to forskolin. Im sure in a week your body will adapt.
