In powder or pill?
Powder is convenient
 
I'd rather have everything in pill form pretty much. I get tired of having to mix up different powders throughout the day and popping pills is super convenient imo. TBH I wish MP was in pill form too.
 
Everything pill form except my pre workout. I like to tinker with that shyt.

Could have done that. However, I wanted people to add it to food. Or ice dream or anything of that sort.

It adds great flavor to certain foods. Enhances it

Finally got my Nutraplanet order today (not that two weeks is a terribly long wait given the size of the order and where I'm from)...looking forward to trying metabolic powder with my new stack heard good things
 
At 1 meal a day.


1970 cals not including 8 cups of broccoli if I were to count I'm looking at a tad over 2200

49.6oz 93/7 turkey

Cooked in water no oil. After cooked dumped out fat, added more water, seasoning and 7 scoops mp. The flavor the mp gave it is amazing

Also took 4 recompadrol pre meal

Why do you cut sodium? Its vital to help stay full and push nutrients through the body... Just curious.

When you're not doing anything and begin to cut water (after being so high leading up to the day) you'll keep secreting water at a high rate. It plays favorable With aldosterone levels. It'll be reintroduced on Saturday when the body is done dry

Also it's not a complete cut it's just not adding any additional sodium

That means more water taking shelter under the skin, making you look soft.Finally, cutting sodium can interfere with a proper carb load. The conventional wisdom has been that sodium depleting will make you tighter, while carb loading will fill you out.
The problem is, sodium depleting reduces the activity of a protein, SLGT-1, responsible for glucose absorption, limiting your ability to absorb glucose and achieve your desired fullness (4)! Now all that undigested glucose is going to remain in the small intestine and pull water into that area, causing bloating in the gut-another place you don't want excess water."

I use caffeine agmatine and high gi carbs for my load w 25mg Viagra

May up to 20 caps potassium as a proper ratio is around 4:1 potassium:sodium.

But even still , that's low. But I refuse to take more

I'm fine today. I too of tht white potatoes (not canned, I don't know about those) have about 1gr of sodium in 8oz which I'll be eating starting tomorrow so I'm not worried about my salt:potassium ratio anymore.

This is always my issue when sodium loading. I'm a human hose and my ass is chapped from all the tp. Worst part of it by far

Hope to do well! It's a tremendous show. With really only like 5-6 weeks if hard dieting (keto and cardio) with a lot of leniency with foods since I went out on a lot of dates all if October lol

ate a donut, double cheese burger from mc Donald's, 3 captain and diets, a bacon cheese burger, fries, pulle port sandwich, ribs, key lime pie and pecan pie and over a gallon of water

Girl I was seeing came yesterday. But I was so overwhelmed with everything going on and doin my thing.

I get home and after competition and being up 24 hrs straight we break up

Apparently I need to figure out how to either manage my time during peak week and preps. From now on. Or find a girl that's in the gym. Or both. I'm thinking both would be best bet.

Anyway it was such an awesome experience followe by some ****ty sitch but. It was only a few weeks. So no blood no foul

These dating websites suck. Guess gotta go back to the old fashioned way

I've had the same thing happen after training for a race. It's pretty ****ty but luckily you can drown your sorrows in some bad food for a minute ha. If she doesn't fit or understand your lifestyle then it's not gonna work anyways. Plenty of girls are into it so just about finding one that's into you too ha.

I may have a real dinner with my cousins tonight. I have with me at work

4 tablespoon low fat smuckers pb
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tablespoon coconut flour
3 scoops whey
1.5 tablespoon specialist cookie cocoa swirl

Comes out to like 850 calories I believe
 
Chugging water is like the #1 thing to me after the show. Food is great, but damn i was THIRSTy as hell from trynig to stay dry all night

My back pose was better then those in second call outs during the comparisons. Wider better v.

Front pose not so good. Pretty sure tatts played a big role in some scoring

I know I need to improve posing. I need to come in a tad leaner and drier and my carb up needs to be the way I know my body

Also **** needs to get started on time. I was super flat during prejudging
 
I start my reverse diet next week. So essentially a bulk till feb.

I have 1 month right now of the following

Nutracore: amino active, massive rx, testrolean, d aspartic.

PES: anabeta and some arimistane

Analyzed supps: gms and forskolin and dopadex

Ebf recompadrol and metabolic powder


Looking to pull in ara.

I want to run 3 months and put in some quality size like 10-15 lbs considering I'm rebounding from show and adding back in carbs and creatine. Whatcha guys think. Going to do my best to stay under 10%

Was going to detox a bit this week

I agree on the posing. It is huge in any division. Throw a little hip swing in there! Lol. I wouldn't say that leanness was a big problem, moreso fullness. The good thing here is that you know exactly what you need to work on for next time, and it sounds like you have a good outlook on the show. This is your first show isn't it? If so that's definitely an impressive showing.

That sucks about the breakup, but like someone else commented it probably wasn't going to work anyways. I don't think I could date someone who didn't share a love for lifting or competition in some shape or form.
