Hey Brothers it's been awhile,but all is well.
Life has been good lately.
Between working 8hrs at the Gym,workout,and clients
there seems not enough hours in the day
But it helps to pay the bills and supplements.
Took 8th in my first show,was off alittle,but busting ass
for the next one in June 04.
Hope everyone is doing OK,will drop by when time allows.
