150 DBs for 5 reps on flat. Previous best was 140s for 3 on incline but the ROM was much better today. Still weighing in at 210 can't seem to loose weight but strength is going up steadily
Damn, good job. Our DBs only go up to 100.
 
225x1 strict OHP. had been eluding me for a good 6-8 months. Had a serious struggle halfway up but fought thru with no knee bend.

Nice work man, Hopefully ill get that 2 plate press this year. Been stuck at 200-205 for a while.
 
Bench pressed 225 on Saturday and 230 today! Woohoo! I'm two wheeling now!

335 incline 2x5 touch n go no spot. Gotta get used to lifting without a spot for a while. Any tips to unrack the weight as easy as possible?

Crazy freaking strong! Dunno about incline, those are always rough for me, but on flat bench, remember to start and stay locked at the elbows and shove your shoulders into the pad to unrack the weight.

Also, I hit my first raw 4 wheel bench on Sunday! And the Saturday before hit 365 for a double with probably a rep in the tank. Benching is going great.

165lbs today Standing bb overhead press. Super excited! I'm down about 5lbs in body weight as of this morning (175lbs) and my strength is increasing. Whooooohooo!

Finally hit a 315 bench. Felt light enough that I tried 335 but that didn't even budge. Either way, great day.

Got 400 on the bench last week. Goal has been 405 for awhile. Tried it, but was pretty burnt out. Got it half way and then got stuck.

Yep and they're freaking awesome.

Just got some Sabos for Christmas. Another vote for them being badass. (I realize this was 20+ pages ago but just wanted to show some love for them.) Ill hopefully have some prs to report in 2 weeks. Aiming for: 315x2-3 bp, Somewhere between 430-450b squat depending on how my hips are doing that day, and 505x2-3 on deads.

Awesome work man! Keep at it your making amazing progress. I just hit 225x5 on close grip bench which is a PR for me by 2 reps, and I'm cutting :)
Excellent job on the cgb. Does that burn out your tri's?
 
Deadlift PR of 455 today. Previous was 405 with straps. No straps on the 455 pull and felt like I had more.

Both on sumo deads, no belt, no straps... Both of those blow my previous pr's out of the water... Finally got my set up figured out

Solid Sunday bench sesh, got 385 touch n go for 5 reps on flat. Ass came off the bench a little but a solid gym PR. After all my working sets I hang the plates on the bar by the handles, they swing this way and it's similar to a earthquake/bamboo bar. Anyways I got 225 this way for 18 with my previous best being 15
