Damn, good job. Our DBs only go up to 100.150 DBs for 5 reps on flat. Previous best was 140s for 3 on incline but the ROM was much better today. Still weighing in at 210 can't seem to loose weight but strength is going up steadily

405x6 on deads. Looking to get 10 reps at 405 This year.
4 more reps in 1 year is 1000% do able. Should be easy goal.

Today was 300x10 on squats. Pretty huge PR my prev best was something around 6-7 reps.
225x1 strict OHP. had been eluding me for a good 6-8 months. Had a serious struggle halfway up but fought thru with no knee bend.
Nice work man, Hopefully ill get that 2 plate press this year. Been stuck at 200-205 for a while.

335 incline 2x5 touch n go no spot. Gotta get used to lifting without a spot for a while. Any tips to unrack the weight as easy as possible?
solid! Also that's some sick weight! 4 wheels is the best feeling everCrazy freaking strong! Dunno about incline, those are always rough for me, but on flat bench, remember to start and stay locked at the elbows and shove your shoulders into the pad to unrack the weight. Also, I hit my first raw 4 wheel bench on Sunday! And the Saturday before hit 365 for a double with probably a rep in the tank. Benching is going great.
