Excellent job guys! Keep it up

I have question. I have gotten 315 on my last set for 3-4 last workout yesterday I got it easy 3. My question is how to increase safely. I go wu 185 15. Set 1 225 12
Set two 275 8-10
Set 3 315 3-4
Super set 225 to burn out.

Without seeing your technique, it's an educated guess. Rep ranges and overall volume are important, but technique is the number one issue.

FWIW I do not go for a new PR until I hit current for 5-6 reps a few times. Then I bump and always go for 2. Then increase reps again. Just my own method.

Hit a decent 660lb rack pull earlier this week :)

Feel like I might have had 670 in me though.

260x5 on bench press

Incline bench press 235x1 today

DB Shoulder Press:
80's x 7

2 weeks ago I was at 75's x 5-6. Adding Standing OHP has been adding strength to my shoulders fast.

From my experience standing OHP add strength to everything

Beastly numbers man

I realize these aren't fantastic numbers, but I'm working my way back from a knee reconstruction (hence the avi of Platz). New PR ATG squats 225x2. Feels pretty good to be getting back to form. I lost s lot of leg size and strength to the injury. It's been a difficult road of recovery for some reason... :( gettin back tho!!!

I feel you bro. I tore my ACL, MCL, LCL and meniscus years back. It's a long road but worth it! Keep hammerin away and the size and strength will come back

Ya man increased leg circumference by 2" in the last 8 months so it's comin along. Thanks for the encouragement.

Wish I had a cool story like yours lol but I don't..
Tore it initially landing wrong after a lay up during a parks and rec basketball game. Had boxing practice that night and my "pivot" foot was the same leg I landed wrong on. Went to throw a straight, and rip :(

Great squat man... I missed 440 just a couple weeks ago.
just get back under the bar man, eventually all these pr's will just be warm ups
