From my experience standing OHP add strength to everything
I realize these aren't fantastic numbers, but I'm working my way back from a knee reconstruction (hence the avi of Platz). New PR ATG squats 225x2. Feels pretty good to be getting back to form. I lost s lot of leg size and strength to the injury. It's been a difficult road of recovery for some reason...gettin back tho!!!

I tore my ACL, MCL, LCL and meniscus years back. It's a long road but worth it! Keep hammerin away and the size and strength will come back
