So I weighed myself 6 times pre and post hydrotherapy (bath, luke warm). I was 195.6 everytime prior. After 10 mins submerdged (under water) I weighed 196.0 everytime post. This only concludes the body's porus attributes. Somehow through perspiration the body lets go, and takes in. AMAZING
