Question on the voucher.....i dont understand....are you mailing them or are you keeping the list of costumers to make transactions easier?

I got mine via email a few weeks ago.
 
Yeh, got my voucher in email last week , cashed it in for another bottle of H-MAX... Pro was pretty decent in sending them out.. dude must be so busy with all the orders... :twisted:
 
What kind of lag time do you have on shipping? I placed an order Tuesday and still have not received a shipping notice?
 
well, recently trying to get out somewhere in the neighborhood of 400-500 orders.

Hey, I'm on 6 Vasopro a day, 3 redlines, etc...about 3 HMAX, 2 PMAX, PUMP JUICE 2.0 and straight up caffeine IV drip.

I'm doing the best I can my friend. Also I have been put in the position of MOM and DAD for my 2 kids as my wife is out the door at 6am and back at 7pm due to Nursing school.

I'm doing my best it looks like the rest go out today.
I'm almost done.

after that, no more presales for me not until I get a confirmed tracking number as to when my product ships to me.
 
Just got my HMAX in the mail today! A big thank you to Prometabolix for my order #266. You made good and you hooked me up. I will definitely order again.

Same here,got my first order #252 today,i will definetly be ordering from Pro again, I even got my free pmax,and the gift voucher.:woohoo: :bb:
 
I ordered almost a month ago for the h-max and haven't received my pack, so, please let me know what is going on. Also you guys didn't take the money out until the 30th of last month, so does that mean it did ship? I haven't received an e-mail w/shipping info or anything?

HI pro I know your busy but can you check my order it is order # 348 It still says preparing ordred 05/09/2006. I am local to you in the bay area so I was assuming it would be here by now even if it got sent out on wed or thursday USPS usually only takes 2 days when i order in Ca. Thanks for checking
 
I wonder why I did not recieve the X-tra P-Max?...I waited a month, I knew it was too good to be true

umm it's sunday and i thought i was supposed to receive it friday? i still have nothing. My H-max was paid for on may 23rd. order 414

"too good to be true" is not by any means correct.
you got a $17 gift voucher.
That is generous in itself.

I know alot of people waited a while for the product as did I, but really, come on, enough is enough already.

I am basically giving away almost $2000 dollars . And I have no problem with that as long as people appreciate it.
Thats all i ask.

I have done the best I can.

Hey pro i'm not complaing I do think it's generous and if you look at my posts i have never said anything negative But I would just like you to check on my order. you responded to the post right above mine but i have asked more than once and never got a response. I am local and know from experience my order should of been here by now. With so many people receivng their product and me living in a town house I am concerned that I could of missed the delivery if it did not fit through my slot. Please let me know if it's been sent. order number 348

Who's..?? IF it is mine thank you for the update don't mean to be a pain i know you had a ton of backlog i just get worried about missing shipments because of how the townhouses are set up.

Ok so if we got our HMAX and the PMAX wasn't in there then the PMAX is in a seperate shippment? Because I got my 5 HMAX and that was all that was in the box. I'm not saying I'm mad or anything, just wondering, I didn't even plan on running any PMAX til this winter.
 
I did not ask for a $17.00 voucher....I did e-mail PRO stating specifically that...That's just like getting a coupon from a resturant that you have no plans on ever going back to..peace

thats weird, my system said it shipped.
but when I look up your orders I cant find any record.

it was a PMAX and and an owners special and you received nothing or just one PMAX?
 
I didn't know I was getting anything free, that's kool. I just checked my mailbox and i still receieved nothing. hopefully tomorrow it comes.:sad:
 
Hey Pro you have never responded to my question or if you have you didn't put my screen name in the response so I am not sure. but could you PLEASE tell me if my order has shipped I have asked several times very nicely and you responded to 3 other people today and you never responded to me it's getting a little frustrating. As i don't know when the money is coming out of my account etc. If there is a problem with my order just let me know at least so we can cancel it and I won't have to worry about when the money is coming out of my account.
