Man I think I fcked my shoulder up on Thursday doing dumbbell presses. It's on my good shoulder too.. I'll give the symptoms and hope some of you all might know what I tweaked.

Thursday I worked chest in the AM and felt fine and healthy.

Friday morning I wake up with a throbbing pain in my left armpit.

I don't know if it's the upper part of my tricep, upper lat, my rear delt, rotator or what.

It's painful when I reach overhead or raise my arm laterally...

Does this sound like a minor tweak or like it damaged something?

Id say brachial plexis or minor rotator cuff. If its fresh go to doc and maybe physical therapy can fix you up. Just dont wait to long like I did, my surgery would be to extensive and Im just not going to do it. The brachial plexus is a nerve issue being pulled away from the muscle.

I would relax and take a few days off. It may just be a tweak and could improve with rest

See how it feels in a few days. Do you sleep on your arm. I woke up one morning with a pain in my arm pit. Went away in a few days. I hope this is it!
 
You know i swear people are strait a-holes and why I can't stand most .. present company excluded .. spent all afternoon putting up christmans lights yesterday afternoon .. coming home from dinner tonight you can see my house from the road and my wife says only 1/2 the house is lit .. I'm like that's weird .. all the light are new .. pull up the house go out front to check and some little f'er cut my lights ??!! Wtf damn I wish I was home and caught them ! But seriously you have nothing better to do then mess with some one else's stuff??!! Ok rant over

Pissed was and understatement..lol it definitely happened while we were at dinner my dogs where freaking out when I got home .. wish i could have caught them !

It's all good now .. all spliced back together ..

Oh no rant on! We are here for you. You bust ass putting up lights, paying the electric bill, everyone else gets to enjoy them. And some little prick has to vandalize it. That's got me pissed and I don't have to deal with it.

No they don't. Crime rate is low in the country. All you need is a back hoe and then all of a sudden they can't find the thugs or there car. Death sentance at the screen of the crime.

Our two towns have a bit of an identity crisis. It's basically the same physical place, but our town has a country identity and theirs is the flashy money city life.

Reminds me of Cincinnati where the "west side" was like a different world than the "east side" and we were brought up to hate the other. :)

Dude I would be heated if someone did that. Christmas is my jam. Clark griswald is my idol. Lol. Someone did steal my buddies inflatable the other night though. I was pissed for him.
