Starting -182.5 ~13 - ~15 Body Fat
Goal - 160 ~9 - ~12 Body Fat
Hey guys, I'm finally about to start my first cycle and I've done a **** ton of research to get to this point. This is my first log, so bare with me if it's not amazing, but I'll do the best I can. I'm going to update this on every gym day which is every other day.
Foods to be DEVOURED for 4 weeks -
WATER WATER WATER WATER (Looking at
Lean Ground Turkey
Skim Milk
Cottage Cheese
Pork Loin
Natural Peanut Butter
Chicken Breast
Lean Turkey Breast
Egg Whites
Quick Quaker Oats or Old Fashioned Oats
Unflavored (or Chocolate) Whey Protein
Plain Almonds
Fish (Salmon, Tuna, ETC)
Green Tea
Supplements -
Winstrol =O
Milk Thistle (Last Week - 2 Weeks After Cycle)
Clenbuterol (First dose on the begining of Week 2 - Last Dose the first day of Week 4)
Benadryl (Begining when Temperature drops probably on Week 3)
Taurine (Starting on the same day as Clen)
Phetobut (Every other day)
Fish Oil
Morning Multivitamin
Creatine
Workout -
Stairmaster with 5lb Ankle Weights - 10 minutes
Treadmill with 5lb Ankle Weights - 10 Minutes
Treadwall (Wall Climbing) with 5lb Ankle Weights - 10 Minutes
Elliptical with Ankle Weights - 10 Minutes
Tread Mill with 5lb Ankle Weights - 10 Minutes
StairMaster with 5lb Ankle Weights - 10 Minutes
Total - 60 Minutes of Cardio
(Week 3, I'll be using 10lb Ankle Weights)
Incline 5x5
Compound Row 5x5
Curls 5x15
Overhead Press 5x15
Bench 5x5
Push-up 5x20
Dips 5x10
Triceps 5x10
Weighted Crunches - 5x20
Leg Press 4x25
Glute Raises 5x15
10lb Weight Ball Toss x 100
Total - One hell of a tired son of a bitch
Swim about 10 down in backs in the lap pool - ~8-10 minutes
Total - A cooler, wetter tired son of a bitch

I'm going to begin this on March 23, 2009 and it will last until April 20, 2009. Workout days will be every other day for a full body workout, with a phenobut at night for major relaxation.. Maybe some herb every now and then :lol:
Please critique me as hard as you can.. I'm pretty new to the scene and still use all advice given! (which is why I posted this so early!)
