Starting -182.5 ~13 - ~15 Body Fat
Goal - 160 ~9 - ~12 Body Fat

Hey guys, I'm finally about to start my first cycle and I've done a **** ton of research to get to this point. This is my first log, so bare with me if it's not amazing, but I'll do the best I can. I'm going to update this on every gym day which is every other day.

Foods to be DEVOURED for 4 weeks -

WATER WATER WATER WATER (Looking at

Milk Thistle (Last Week - 2 Weeks After Cycle)
Clenbuterol (First dose on the begining of Week 2 - Last Dose the first day of Week 4)
Benadryl (Begining when Temperature drops probably on Week 3)
Taurine (Starting on the same day as Clen)
Phetobut (Every other day)
Fish Oil
Morning Multivitamin
Creatine

Workout -

Stairmaster with 5lb Ankle Weights - 10 minutes
Treadmill with 5lb Ankle Weights - 10 Minutes
Treadwall (Wall Climbing) with 5lb Ankle Weights - 10 Minutes
Elliptical with Ankle Weights - 10 Minutes
Tread Mill with 5lb Ankle Weights - 10 Minutes
StairMaster with 5lb Ankle Weights - 10 Minutes
Total - 60 Minutes of Cardio
(Week 3, I'll be using 10lb Ankle Weights)

Incline 5x5
Compound Row 5x5
Curls 5x15
Overhead Press 5x15
Bench 5x5
Push-up 5x20
Dips 5x10
Triceps 5x10
Weighted Crunches - 5x20
Leg Press 4x25
Glute Raises 5x15
10lb Weight Ball Toss x 100
Total - One hell of a tired son of a bitch

Swim about 10 down in backs in the lap pool - ~8-10 minutes
Total - A cooler, wetter tired son of a bitch

DONE

I'm going to begin this on March 23, 2009 and it will last until April 20, 2009. Workout days will be every other day for a full body workout, with a phenobut at night for major relaxation.. Maybe some herb every now and then :lol:

Please critique me as hard as you can.. I'm pretty new to the scene and still use all advice given! (which is why I posted this so early!)

Im at about the same point as you about 177lbs though and wanting to lose about 20lbs
For diet whats worked wonders for me so far and tons of energy is your lean protien at every meal and as many veggies as possible(mostly broccoli and green leafy veggies). Before workout have some of the oatmeal and protien forget a ton of veggies as you will be full from them and than before bed have some of your peanut butter so it slows absorbtion of the protien through the night and have quit a bit of fish oil throughout the day for good fat intake. Just a suggestion and thats what has worked great for me so far and Good Luck!!

Here is yesterdays progress:

I've been working late nights so I didn't get good rest then I had class from 8 - 4 then I hit the gym at about 5:30 till 8. I was so dog ass tired yesterday.. it was hard to do much of anything.

Meals:

7:45 - Beef Jerky, 16 Ounces of water
11:30 - Two Salisbury Steaks (Steaks were Palm Size) with two rolls, Cup of 1% Milk
3:15 - Beef Jerky, 16 Ounces of Water
5:00 - Whey Protein Shake
9:30 - Four Chicken Strips, Coke, about twenty fries..

I was feeling pretty sick after the gym (that i'm so hungry that I'm sick feeling) and my friends wanted me to go out to eat.. (Shorty Smalls)

Workout went terrible -
I only got about 25 minutes of cardio -
10 minutes on the treadmill
10 minutes on the stairmaster
5 minutes on the treadwall

(My gym was busy and I was feeling like **** to begin with..)
Completed all of my sets

Supplements!
Whey Protein
Fish Oil

np and yesturday night wasnt great for me either as my gf birthday was yesturday and we went out for dinner so......lol gotta get back to good diet. And i will for sure keep u updated on my progress!

dude add some good fibrous veggies, it will keep you a lot more satisfied with hunger and some fibre wont hurt at all.
 
ya more veggies, and i probably wouldve had another meal with that day, it just doesnt seem like your eating enough man, seems like your gunna start to lose muscle mass from not enough intake cuz im 5'9 and weigh 175 and i eat more than you and im tryn to lose weight and yes i have to eat enough for maintenance, but does not seem right are you actually full? or are you starving throughout most of the day??
 
I started my planned cut on monday and it's going pretty well..

I've been eating well and I started a clen cycle as well.

I've been working out every other day as mentioned as well as cardio every day..

I'm going to hit the gym in about an hour and hopefully, get some stuff done..

I've been feeling like **** recently (girls man.. girls) so I haven't had much incentive to keep this up.. I'll update this later tonight.

What veggies should I be eating and Yes, I am a very hungry guy.

Going good.. 183 morning weight but I've lost body fat from the way my face and stomach look.. Love handles almost non existent..

Creatine before workout

I think I may be dumb by saying this but I really don't care if I lose any muscle.. I'm going for the skinny cut guy look but my body type is an endomorph..

If I ever get enough posts to post pictures, It will explain a lot.
