i tried a small can of starbucks expresso 'cubano' today...damn, probably the strongest coffee I ever drank!!!
 
Update on other Bang Flavors:

Following on from that fans of the supplement will be seeing Citrus Twist launched exclusively at GNC, Purple Guava Pear for a specific supplement distributor, and then you have the flavor for all stores, Root Beer Blaze.

Basically, Root Beer Blaze and Purple Guava Pear are going to be the new Bang flavors available in a lot of different places, with Peach Mango and Citrus Twist limited to one retailer each. As mentioned stock of Peach Mango has already hit the Vitamin Shoppe, with the other three expected to arrive on shelves sometime before the end of August.

have you tried the powdered version?

I've heard there are mixing issues and effects aren't same-bad crash from the powder....I don't know this from experience, just from what I have read.

Got a few samples at Europa. I quite liked it and didn't crash afterwards.

the allure of the RTD is the convenience, flavouring and the fact it is carbonated... for me at least

This. The carbonation is what makes it IMO; that and being able to just pop open the can and drink it. There's something about the carbonation and drinking it from a can. If it's not going to be carbonated, then I just go for the profile effectiveness, which is almost never as good for RTDs and that sort of thing as for actual dedicated powders/caps/etc.

If someone handed me a packet of powder for free with the Bang RTD formula on it, I would laugh and tell them to keep it.

Not to the extent of canned energy drinks or sodas, but definitely carbonated. Same with their AminoX (absolutely terrible amino product).

lol bro OG N.O. Xplode like circa '05-'06 was and is to this day the only pre that literally made me sick. It was like carbonated pepto bismol ugh, between the flavor and the carbonation there were timesd id have to call the workout just because i felt so bad

But the fact you described it as carbonated pepto bismol sounds absolutely disgusting

funny you say that. the OG NO Xplode use to make me sick. it was like this massive scoop didn't mix very well and had to force it down. then about 30 min into my workout I felt like I was going to puke!

I haven't had a blue raspberry flavor supp since then, dead serious. Hard to describe, but it was chalky too.
 
My friend and I threw up from the "cola Fizz" flavored Dark Rage preworkout by MHP 10 or so years ago. Wow, what a bad idea for a flavor.

Each of Optimum Protein Pancake Mix’s 51g servings provides a solid 20g of protein from a mix of whey concentrate, wheat protein, egg albumin, and milk protein. Its other macros include 4.3g of fat (2.2g saturated), 18g of carbohydrates (2.5g sugar) primarily coming from wheat flour, 2.7g of fiber, all for a total of 197 calories.

At the moment we can only confirm Optimum Protein Pancake Mix in one flavor or at least one option, with an always convenient Unflavored. The supplement will, however, have two sizes to choose from, a traditional 2.2lb tub squeezing in 20 servings, and an on-the-go option packing 24 single serving sachets.

I've had a FEW since, but for the most part I've also avoided blue raz and specifically from the same supp experience...lol

That said, NaNO Vapor tasted sooo much worse. That one made me throw up on more than one occasion.
 
Blue Raz, watermelon, and fruit punch are the most overused flavors these days. Yeah they are easy flavors, but each one got so old, I can barely stomach them anymore

RIP OG Xtend. The Best watermelon flavor to ever hit the market
Ghost Blue Raz Aminos are absolutely delicious. I know the price point scares people, but Dan crushed that one just like his whey protein flavors.

Never tried it. BPI Blox watermelon was great... but it was BPI Blox.

I remember working at GNC when C4 Watermelon came out. I was so excited to try it, and the first 2-3 times using them were great. Then out of nowhere I realized how awful it really was. I literally gave away the 3 tubs they sent me to try, the 50 or so sample packs of it, and the tub I bought as well. I know Dane Cook was right when he said that the only good tasting jolly rancher was watermelon, but even that can only go so far.

That is exactly what the OG Xtend tasted like. A legit jolly rancher.

Probably would have gotten sick of it then lol. I got a sample pack of the Blood Orange XTend, ended up buying a 90 serving tub of it. Now I'm doing the stupid bro thing where you drink it out of a jug... it tastes like I'm drinking Hi-C by the gallon now.

Drinking it out of a tub all day long doesn't have any real merit to it. So yeah I agree I would not do it either. Not beneficial for MPS (actually worse for muscle protein synthesis) better off dosing between meals 4-6 hours apart as a bolus or utilizing before fasted training. If this is how you are drinking it I would reconsider.

Blood Orange is best flavor on the line right now IMO

Seeing the price at BOGO. It is actually the cheapest quake has ever been sold. If anyone is on the fence about quake after the dozen's of logs ran on here and the stellar feedback now is the time to pick it up.

1 Scoop Stim + 1 Scoop NON is a great 1-2 punch if you want to keep caffeine down and still get the full dose of BCAA's, LCLT, Peak02, Capros etc

Exactly. That's why I have the two opened and only buy lemon flavor now even though I kind of like the bubblegum more. Really easy to do 0 - 175 - 350 mg of caffeine, and I suppose you could shoot for any number 0-350 if you used a good scale to weigh the two powders lol (not to mention adding caffeine pills to the non). It just packs so much into it.
