Guys, l-citrulline is what you want. Most studies are done on citrulline malate, but the effects are attributed to citrulline because malic acid disassociates when blended with citrulline and is generally not effective. 8 grams of blended citrulline malate yields less than 5 mg of actual malate content. Citrulline bonded with malate, however, does have some ergogenic benefits from malic acid (from rat studies though).

This is another reason why we offer so many bulk products and items at NutraPlanet. We want the consumer to find what suits their needs and to attain their goals. Even if we take a small loss on one item, we can always make it up in other areas.

I will tag Dennis just incase you have any further questions. He has more input then I will since I do not work directly with NP or Smart Powders. I simply just forward information to him since he can't have his eyes on the boards at all times.
 
How long would this be good for in water once filled up? Just never added water to any of my bulk powders or other compounds. Assuming it will last at least the 45 or so days depending on dosage.

The powder is not cheap per kilo at all. Sadly, we have minimums when ordering powders in bulk like this. So each of these products have lots of money out of pocket right out of the gate. So copmanies that sell it have to make it worth their while in pricing. We are in the meantime looking at bringing alot of these products in, in bulk for that reason. To be able to come in and offer all these "expensive" sought-after products in bulk is the plan. It really is no different then when you look at anything else in this industry. Something geared as Test Booster caps. Main ingredient is DAA. Could just buy 8 x the DAA in powder for a fraction of the cost. We are just trying to get back to our roots and offer the best NEW products in Bulk. Mk677 we only have a small amount of and we wanted to test the waters. Obviously we priced it too low... Hopefully the feedback with come thru strong!!

Grenade’s Banana Armor Carb Killa has this sugary sweet banana flavor to it that you just know is on point the minute you get a whiff of it after you unwrap it. What’s even more interesting is that when you urgently bite into it the flavor it’s better than you can possibly imagine. The heavy chocolate outside really compliments the sweet banana center, and at no point does it ever interfere or overpower the fruity flavor. The two tastes work so surprisingly well together it’s best to only have one Banana Armor Carb Killa within reach.
 
Accidentally found the new quest rocky road today... went to VS to get the one pumpkin pie (which was stellar) and picked up the rocky road as well...

it sucks. basically a very boring chocolate that tastes exactly the same as the double choc chunk or brownie. it has nuts and some marshmallow swirling but you cant taste either. the nuts are a ncie texture but its 210cals (2nd highest quest behind the atrocity that is pumpkin pie) and is bbboooorrrrrriiiinnnnggggg. 100% skip it and get the reg choc chunk or brownie and use the cals on some actual marshmallows.

Tried to tell you that...... LLN And I both reviewed it in April of last year on quest insiders...
Its weak, chocolate base is different and marshmallows are artificial.

Well we know there were some changes to the other and this seemed no different (had changes)... marshmallow was a goo vs pieces, much darker chocolate. Still sub par and at best an average chocolate flavor.

Lol why are you arguing semantics with me, i know malate doesnt do anything, doesn't make l-citrulline superior to cit-malate at the same citrulline dosage like that poster was trying to say..

Haven't been too impressed by carb killa bars (only tried 2 flavors) but I'll give this a shot since I'm a big fan of banana flavors
 
Propionic Acid has no performance enhancing properties, therefore, test-propionate is worthless.

People are arguing that citmal is worthless because maltic acid has no performance enhancing properties so I would imagine that he is stating (sarcastically) that because propionic acid has no performance enhancing properties test prop is worthless...

One is derived from tomatoes and the other from apple peel. As far as effects, no human trials have really been done to this point on ursolic acid in regards to elevated mTORC1 levels or protein synthesis. One study on tomatidine has shown it stimulates anabolism in cultured skeletal myotubes from humans and mice.

This looks like it could be pretty interesting I will def have to try those

Quest seems to be moving fast with new additions :)

The Waffle Bars are a bit on the hard side... They are not bad per say.. but for 100 calories its a nice little snack. The Cinnamon Roll is hands down the best one. The Waffle really lacked the syrup/waffle flavor. The strawberry may surprise some people (beleive it or not)
Choc PB was decent

I got to try them all, but honestly for the price point (almost like 2$ a bar) for 100 kcals. It is not worth it.
