Some reps had been hinting at the possibility of Frank's BDay Cake making a return. They are saying its a seasonal thing only around the time of year of his actual birthday. If they bring it back Ill be ordering by the case. The thing I dont understand, and Im not claiming to because Im not in the supp biz at all, but it was such a well loved flavor, and the demand for its return seems high, why dont they just make it a permanent flavor?

I liked Animal Bday but no better than COR-fetti and actually thought MTS Whey Bday was better. None of the three would crack my top 5 though. Funny how some people have different favs lol.

Agreed with this. animal was disappointing. average at best. basically a high class vanilla IMO

I have had many birthday cake's and you didn't even mention AI Sports or Dymatize's which were also both very good ;)


Agree with you that no birthday cake is in my top 5 or ever going to make my top 5 for starters... it lacks cinnamon :D and I am a cinnamon addict!! My #1 Fav is XF Cinnamon Roll but I <3 any cinnamon protein which for me follows with PES Select Snickerdoodle and AI Sports Whey Cinnamon Roll and Syntha-6 Cinnamon Bun O.O

Cinnamon is clearly the best flavor for anything ever... and if you disagree **** right off m8 your clearly wrong :P

I found COR-Fetti (along with all Cellucor flavors) to be below par.

Animal Franks Bday cake is very very good IMO. Never tried MTS Bday cake, but ISO-100 is another that is extremely delightful.

They have the best S'Mores there is period and the addition of actual mini food marshmallows seals it the other options are not nearly as balanced in flavor and do not even include little marshmallows ;)

So in some cases such as that what is the comparison to be made here? there is not to many companies with a S'mores and certainly none that are impressive that I have had besides Cellucor's and their birthday cake while not the best tasting ( I ever had ) it is certainly decent, and the addition of the sprinkles was a super nice touch.

I never had AI or Dymatize Bday so that's why I didn't mention it ;)

Love me some Cinnabun type flavs so no argument, both XF & PES SD are at the top of that list.

Didn't find the S'mores to be that good either. Honestly, just not a fan of their flavoring.

But yeah, nothing to compare the S'mores to really.

Agree on COR Smores 100%. CCCD and Corfetti are good but others are average at best.

Trutein, BPi Best Protein/Iso-HD, Total Protein ( Cutler ), Pro JYM and Axis Labs are some others I have tried of S'Mores and while all of them were decent enough that I could drink them they were/are not nearly as balanced and or good as Cellucor's for that flavor also Core had I think a MRP in S'Mores? But I never had that.

That Cellucor S'Mores made such epic fkn pancakes I wouldn't say it was the best flavor ever or anything but they did the flavor decent enough and it lives up to the expectations of "S'Mores" and deserves that much - I liked it in cooked foods/breads and hot cereals more than drinking it tho the mini marshmallows would either be to hard or completely dissolve if I used hot liquid lol so either your chewing on hard marshmallows or they are gone when drinking it.

Dymatize's Iso-100 Birthday is def pretty good I like it as much as AI Sports and I think Bob had done a comparison of those with MTS's I never had their's tho.

Anyone have thoughts on if ON is going to do this flavor good?

Have heard some of their newer flavorings have been much improved have not had them ( their newer flavorings ) myself.

( I am a gourmet/foodie and cook so ) I had used a 60/40 blend with a buckwheat flour and unbleached cake flour to form the pancakes and used additional S'Mores in a sludge to pour over top with maple syrup drizzled on. The mini marshmallows lasted :)

Also made a traditional classic baked Rice Pudding with it using imported Japanese Short grain ( hand harvested ) it was soooo good! Had orig got the idea off Bob he had a cooking thread and made some kind of Pudding-Rice Pudding thing and I thought wow what a good idea! So I made a baked rice pudding based off of that using the S'mores.

I had their new vanilla and it sucked as bad as the old. ON flavors have always been meh to me though. It will be very hard to top that MTS bday cake anyway.

no surprise they included enzymes... Dan has a bad lactose intolerance and had to do the same with Cellucor Whey when he was behind that at Cellucor.

Looks interesting but I thought this was supposed to be an industry first type supp ... seems similar to ON Coffee flav amino energy minus caffeine to me.
 
The Solution does C-Cor still makes Smores?
So far the best one I've ever had was Stoppanis, but I get the Public Safety discount through Cellucor.

After trying the full size bars after release S'mores (8.5) is the best followed by CnC (7.5) PB (7.5) and cinnamon (7)

I don't know if Matt ever released one in the past, but he had been messing with something similar for a good while now (though I think it was a protein creamer and not BCAA).

Ive had about 7-8 different ON flavors within the last year and they're all weak. Not necessarily "bad" in terms of flavor, but just not potent at all. anything over like 4oz of water and they all taste the same... like water. in baked goods they tend to smell nice but have almost no flavor. Not worth it.

Very cool -- didn't know about that.

I joined our local volunteer fire dept. last year and went through the 150 hour initial cert and am working toward the 400, now, but am oblivious to any additional things like this lol. I end up hearing about stuff second hand sometimes and then remember that I qualify for some things like this.
 
I started out as an EMT but the pay was balls so I became a 911 dispatcher, would love to become a cop someday but I'm getting old AF and don't really feel like going back to school lol

Have not had a chance to try the new Dust but I will def be trying it have a lot of tubs of Angel Dust & Dust V2 so I needs that gummy bear before long! I will prob be trying that new Strawberry Cheesecake 3-whey before that tho.
