The New Product Release Thread

The benifit is that its a natural sweetener and some consumers dont want artificial sweetners. Im more against as-k. Do you prefer artificially sweetened apples or natually sweetened apples? What gets me is "workout" people want their food extra clean, but love their supplements "extra dirty."

I don't understand your way of reasoning here.

I don't care if something is artificial or natural, I care about its specific health implications(or in this instance, lack thereof).

Just because something is artificial, doesn't mean it is bad for you. And just because something is natural, doesn't mean it's good for you. This line of thinking is crazy. Brb I can eat cyanide because its present in apples NATURALLY, but I should steer clear of Sucralose despite countless studies proving its safety.

I didnt say anything is "good" for you because its natural. I didnt use the word "good." I didnt even say dnt eat Sucralose. My preworkouts use Stevia and sucralose. So I dont know what your getting at. Are you upset that there is a BCAA product with no artificial sweeteners? That has has nothing to do with the fact the product has 8g/BCAAs per serv. I personally do not like as-k because it gives me bad headache and stomach aches. So why would I release a product that I cant even use myself?

Also the world doesnt need more artificially sweetened BCAA products. If you do find one you like say Xtend free and it taste like salty apple juice with no sugar....pour some artificial sweeteners in it if you please.

I'm not upset at anything. I find the current trend for "NATURAL SWEETENERS!" is silly when looking at the end users who literally demand it, when there is no scientific reasoning behind it. If people want to use them, awesome...however the hate for artificial sweeteners despite the science just leaves me confused. I'm not saying you feel this way, I am complaining about the average user

Well for me its not a trend. Ive avoided as-k my entire weight training life. Like I said ppl get up and up about natural flavors also when artificial flavors are less allergenic. Its like this entire gluten free BS. Its like if you needed to avoid gluten you would have known a long time ago. The argument for me is BCAAs in particular require a huge amount of artifical sweeterns to flavor. Way more than protein or preworkout

Just doesn't sit well with me. there are plenty of safety studies on it but there are plenty of safety studies on aspartame as well I still just don't trust it.I take other things that are far more dangerous but at least most of them have some positive effect other than making something taste better. All I know is that sucralose, especially when consumed over a period of time, wrecks my stomach. I will get bloated, ibs, less regular, etc. Stevia does not have this effect. Plus 90% of the **** we take is so loaded with the stuff that it literally makes me sick its so sweet. I also think supplements with so many artificial colors that im having neon blue turds cant be good.

I realize why companies use them. I remember iforce first stopped with max out and the lemon drop looked like green sewer juice it was gross. I just feel some beet powder would have had the same effect as artificial colors.

All in all will any of this stuff kill you? probably not. Still my preference to avoid it when possible.

Max Out Lemon Drop used very few artificial colors. The Rhodiol Rosea made it pretty brown.

Due to customer demand, we were forced to increase the artificial dye. It's not something we wanted to do, but the flavor wouldn't sell(not because of the flavor), because it didn't look "yellow enough"

Tbh, Stevia is about as natural as Sucralose. In that they're both derived from something natural, and get bathed in chemicals to get the end product you ingest.

So uh...did I miss something, or is that the new Xtend? Mike's been touting it as a game changer. I just did a quick search and all I can come up with is patent info. Where'd you find that, Bob? Any more info on peako2 , Mike?

I'm stuck in meetings all day. This will get you started. There is a lot more data and it's very strong. Works within 7 days. Significant results in a week, with even more significant results in 21 days. On top of the data already existing with xtend. With no extra cost to consumers on the cost per serving.

It's unreal. Lift more weight, for more reps with shorter rest. If you take 2 scoops for 7 days you'll notice this benefit. The new black cherry is the best flavor I've done.

If you say this beats mango I'll hold your word to it

Recovery and endurance have been awesome on the new Xtend

Interdasting...adaptogens really are the next big thing it seems. I'll give it a read. Thanks, Mike!

Adaptogens have been around for ever, I sold a product in 2002 called "DIESEL FUEL". It was sold as an "adaptogen complex" product. They
never were really popular with the AM type of lifter who typically is looking for PCT/anabolic/LMM gains versus performance/endurance gains.

That company that makes/made that preworkout Ragnorok, Millennium or something like that
was big on adaptogens about 10 years ago also.

Mushrooms are far more complicated than most realize. Most cordy on the market has been sinensis, which after a lot of digging, is almost impossible to grow. Meaning people were claiming a certain species, but it likely didn't exist. How these things are grown and harvested is crucial. This is a big mushroom blend grown in the USA, organic, non gmo and gluten free.

Lot of new studies coming out which show more effects than 10 years ago. Anything can sell well with the right marketing as well.

I think this is a pretty damn smart idea for Scivation. Should improve the product and improve sales

I'm so excited for this. Buying at least two tubs when it comes out. Super enhanced xtend (favorite supplement), in black cherry (favorite flavor EVER)? Winning.

I've taken Cordygen5 from Millennium Sport (actually used it this past weekend for a competition) and have always liked it. Looking forward to this.

There are enough old studies, and the products work. Every product I make have adaptogens in them. But the difference is now, more than 10 yrs ago, with the explosion of Cross-Fit, Zumba, and spin class. People are not only training with goals to gain 5lbs in 30days. So its a different market now. But yeah, anything can sell if targeted properly. I was saying they weren't popular on AM, not they did not sell. I don't see Xtend Perform being more popular with the AM type of lifter over regular Xtend. It does goes with the main reason why most mainstream people are taking BCAAs intra workout which is for fasted cardio which is a much larger market than the AM market.

Xtend Perform will outsell our flagship product within 24 months. Given there is 12 years of selling Xtend, that's pretty incredible. This product works better than any adaptogen on the market. This is the strongest performance data for adaptogens that will be published. It's been presented, will be published later this year.

The placebo group lost peak power output? That's a bit concerning lol

Ever tried to do 3 performance tests at absolute max effort and then repeat? Go peddle as hard as you can for 3 minutes straight at a high level of resistance. Most people verge on passing out during this test. It's considered one of the toughest physical tests you can do. It's a testament to how difficult this trial was, which is a common result for this test.

I want to thank you 1Fast400 for nice Xtend samples!
Very generous of you sir! I really wanted to pay the shipping but Scivation didnt want that.

I have NEVER been a fan of BCAA due to the chemical/sour/metallic taste but new Xtend flavours are WOW! Refreshing.
Mango is my favorite and it really is DELICIOUS!
Now I have 4 big boxes of Xtend Mango (bought yesterday).
Thank you

I used Xtend for awhile but got tired of the chemical taste and switched over to my orange EAA/intracarb product. I wonder if there's a new orange flavor of Xtend that isn't chemicalish.

It will be a week after this. Should be in retailers right after Valentine's Day. Buy it for your partner.

Looking forward to trying this out too!!

I am coming to an end of my 90 serving tub of Mango as well, I think I am going to get a 30 serving tub of a flavor I haven't tried to hold me over until this black cherry version comes out. After that, it's probably going to be the only BCAA product I'll pay for ever again. Lol

I am totaly lost when it comes to US Measuring methods. But is this a "who has longest d1ck on AM competition" :D ????

I was just following the trend of this thread...I thought it was a pissing contest, lol!!!

but at 4 feet 3 inches I would be willing to bet I would win longest dick competition, lol
