Just following what Mike told me to do regarding the dosing for workouts

Well, seems my initial guess is wrong. I will bet on one form of ATP (elevATP or peakATP), Eleutherococcus senticosus, rhodiola rosea... But hope there is no beta alanine

Yes it was, and that put me off from wanting it at all.

I should maybe get one to my PO box now that I have it... But I have so much protein here to get through lol
 
It's a shame bc that Apple Pie looks JUICY! Lol they shouldn't even bother shipping to Canada with those prices. Offer it instead when their shipping costs are realistic. Then again, there are a lot of supplement ballers I see on boards....

Birthday Cake Oh Yeah One Bars - Not an overpowering flavor, but nailed very well. The addition of the sprinkles on top are icing on the cake. Very subtle but refreshing birthday cake flavor (vanilla cake with frosting aftertaste)

The glazed donut is just ok. It's not very strong and not impressively sweet.

That said I have high hopes for the pb
