AAB also has some incredible macros for a nut butter. I haven’t seen a better profile out there on the natural, no filler, front. Quality product.

Why the **** is everyone using their vegan protein lines to make a pancake batter flavor? Jesus, that would be such an amazing flavor if someone just made it out of a nice blend instead of some vegan bullshit

Here's an idea. Buy Kodiak Flapjacks and add your favorite protein to it.
I add all sorts of stuff to mine. 60 seconds later. It's-a-nice.

Edit: That said. I really like to have a pea based protein drink at night before bed. It's between Whey / Cassein to digest. Not super fast or super slow. My wife gets it for me. Evolve Protein Drinks. It's a nice diversion to making your own shakes.

That is interesting. Previous UI/walking pneumonia etc. infections seem to in some increase the likelihood of of getting again as some of them are tough to beat and can really wreck your system for months and into years.
 
Guys is there mega thread where we discuss current/new supplements. Like flavors and experiences. I know this is for promoting new stuff coming out, but like a general discussion thread?

Yeah you keep hearing alot about it but just wonder if it's really any different than just a good vitamin C supplement, rose hips or any of the other many potent antioxidants (berries in general) out there that are cheaper etc.

It's known to enhance immune system response. It's unknown whether or not that's beneficial for fighting Covid-19. Most of the problem for Covid victims is an overreaction of the immune system. Vitamin C and Zinc are more widely studied (SARS timeframe) and less likely to have any theoretical problems. I would consider the verdict still very much unproven for Elderberry and Covid-19.

Missed out on that one. Would be curious on the taste there as it's such a unique flavor in its natural form. I love pure unsweetened coconut milk, unsweetened coconut shavings, and coconut oil. Coincidentally, I can't stand sweetened coconut anything.

To me, it tastes like coconut ice cream. I can't wait to get my hands on more.

i think its weird though that they keep saying "bubblegum" but its actually the strawberry bubblicious flavor which tastes like... strawberry, not bubblegum. kind of a bummer there

Agree. I saw that as well. Other companies do Bubblegum but you get Grape Bubblegum. There's really no option out there for just bubble gum.

Agreed. It's one of those things that I had so much as a kid that the thought makes me sick thinking about it lol. If it's strawberry or some other flavor of "bubble gum," then maybe but not traditional bubble gum
