Instant weight loss / not fat loss, e.g. people get the same thing if they drop carbs and go keto for a week or 2, just becomes a problem and major head f*** when they revert back or even worse rebound with more food from holding back and end up heavier and more bloated than before, thus the endless cycle of yo yo dieting.

The premise of this TD application is a similar theory to how Eric Portratz developed his Primordial Performance line.

For example, we know that DHEA in transdermal form is up to 10x as potent bc of absorption. The new MuscleGELZ 7-keto DHEA product used his precise mechanisms when they developed our product AndroShred. I have seen a few studies, whereas 7-keto DHEA in the oral form, gets about 4-5% absorption. Then in transdermal format it gets 30% or higher.

So although I do not have the precise articles to give you guys yet, this is the same premise they are using with these Sarms (RAD140 and SR9009)

I should have some more information in the upcoming weeks and literature to give to you guys as validation.

MuscleGELZ also has a topical delivery system to increase the effectiveness of their products. For example, this is what they used for AndroSHRED below. I do not know for fact just yet that this will be the exact system with the "GEAR" product, but I am pretty sure it will be close.

Dimethyl Isosorbide (DMI) – is a high purity solvent and carrier which offers a safe, effective delivery enhancement mechanism for the active ingredients in Andro Shred.
Ethoxydiglycol – is a cosmetic grade solvent that conforms to the current USP/NF monographs. Ethoxydiglycol is particularly appropriate for skin care preparations where it acts as an excellent solvent and carrier.
Propylene glycol – is an organic compound that is used 2 primary reasons. First, it has the traits of a humectant; it is able to absorb and help the skin retain moisture. Second, it helps active ingredients penetrate the skin.
Glycerin – when used on skin works as humectant, which is why it attracts moisture onto your skin.
Carbomer – helps to distribute and suspend the active ingredients in the Andro Shedgel.
Triethanolamine (TEA) – Helps the water-soluble and oil-soluble ingredients blend better. TEA neutralizes fatty acids and solubilizes oils and other ingredients that are not completely soluble in water.

why would these be dosed transdermally?

exactly that. they're very heavy and won't experience significantly better absorption via TD over oral.

Ok sorry I didn't mean to ignore the question.

For one, because of potential adverse effects on liver function and on depression of HDL levels (the "good" cholesterol), the orally-administered drugs suffer limitations to their full therapeutic potential to grow muscle and strengthen bone. Secondly because the higher bio-availability and absorption. And yes I agree these are a bit heavy and I have seen personal experiences where people struggle to suspend these into a TD solution, but it can be done.

I do know with SR9009..it's an amazing compound on paper. It has moderate and even poor reviews and we have seen that the oral bio-availability is pretty poor. Estimates put it at 2-3% absorption (from what I am seeing). If we can enhance that to the 20-30% or more then it is believed to truly show the effectiveness of this drug. I do not have any studies to show SR9009 in transdermal use, but I have seen SR9009 in DMSO applications and various other administrations and the reviews are substantially better.

In the case of Rad140. That seems to have solid oral absorption and effectiveness already. That can't be argued. So even if the TD form is as good, or minimally better, combined with the TD SR9009, and at a more affordable price, it seems very practical of a mixture.

In terms of Medically used Transdermal Sarms here is an excerpt:
A similar situation for oral delivery exists in the administration of male hormone therapy. Here, the adverse impacts on liver health and HDL levels can be overcome by the use of skin patches or gel that release a drug directly into the body through the skin, i.e., transdermal application. Recognizing the similarity, scientists at the pharmaceutical company Novartis therefore developed a SARM specifically for transdermal administration. In describing their drug candidate, AUSRM-057, Senior Investigator Dr. Hans-Joerg Keller of the Novartis Institutes for BioMedical Research, Basel, Switzerland said, "AUSRM-057 is the first SARM with excellent skin permeation properties which may exploit the full therapeutic potential of SARMs."

The authors are optimistic regarding the prospects of this drug candidate to become the first in its class to utilize not only the advantages SARMs have displayed for muscle growth without negative impacts on prostate health, but, by avoiding the digestive system, to also avoid adverse effects on liver function and HDL levels.

would be very curious to see the molecular weight of AUSRM-057 to see if it is similar to the two being provided. If it is, yet still exhibits these traits, I can understand the product much more.

Magnesium bisglycinate has totaly different absorption and solubility than "typical" magnesium. And 50mg would ve better than 400mg poor quality magnesium. But i am not sure where they get that 625% number from

I know sr9009 has bad oral bioavailability but is Rad really also that bad?

Also dandeleon has some laxative effect but that has for higher dose of herb. Read something about it being due to high potassium content. But then there was also some articles about different mechanism that empties small intestine faster.
This might also be why it might increase appetite.
OK herb for wellbeing but doesn't really fit in a fat burner.
But I've even seen in some test boosters and energy boosters. Any evidence at all it might help there? I don't think I've seen any.

Has happened to better brands. But yeah, wouldn't buy unless they fix it. And won't make them very trustworthy, would need a review from a trusted source.

No, it isnt. At least, at this stage it isnt.

The compound (RAD140) is only just now entering clinical phase trials, where researchers will examine basic PK properties like oral bioavailability, appropriate clinical dosing, adverse effects/toxicology, etc in human subjects. However, preclinical studies show RAD140 has 65%+ oral bioavailability in monkeys, at least.

Keep in mind, the FDA has reasonably high standards for potential drugs and oral bioavailability. If a compound is crap, theres not much point researching it further as an oral option.

Also, during preclinical stages of investigation, researchers will look at what metabolites of an ingested compound are actually responsible for the sought after effects. Compounds are then chemically tweaked, modified and evolved until the researchers are confident they have an orally workable parent compound.

At least, this is the general way things are portrayed in te studeez.

Anyway, what would make a TD admin route advantageous over oral is not necesarily due to bioavailability....but half life. Look at trestolone, for example (oral vs TD). Stuff has decent F but is in and out in less than an hour, or thereabouts.
