The Maximus Pact

Building good momentum in here again 🔥 🔥
Yessir! Super stoked about that. After I got sick my bench went from around 315 down to 295-305. I believe I could put up 315 or close to it again now.

I’m also hopping on mtest, anabolic xt, phosphatidic acid and prime soon and bulking up.

the bench numbers are similar to my on/off ratio. After I last hit 305 I find that any day of the week i can typically come back to 285-295 but for me to break back over 305+ I'm going to have to sit down and focus on a legit program for a while.

I wanted to see how crazy my lifts were for my age and weight so I asked ChatGPT

Day 74:

I had a great lift today but the work and lifting is stressing my spine a bit. I’m glad the lifting is going well.

I am taking a rest day tomorrow. I gotta make another Costco trip, I’m running low on electrolytes, coconut water, and protein rich foods.

Day 75:

I’ve been bouncing all over the place in my city going to different gyms lmao. I’m going to a different gym today so I won’t track it in the app since the equipment and weights are probably different.

But I’m gonna SMASH upper.

Day 75:

I didn’t feel that strong today but it is what it is, everyone has good and bad days and I’ve been having a lot of good ones so it balances it out.

My mental health has been pretty great recently, aside from some paranoia and anxiety. I’ve been having a lot of fun at church

@akboom87 and I were talking a bit about how the solar storms may have been effecting people in that way. I rarely have any anxiety issues these days but last weekend it started a tiny bit on Saturday, hit me hard on Sunday, and then slowly started tapering off and disappearing as the solar storms passed. I had zero changes in my day to day routines or supplements so its not hard for me to believe that the disturbance in the system could play a role in our bodies.

Day 76:

I had a great lift today overall, pretty happy with the way everything is going.

The natty stack I’m gonna be taking when I get my gallbladder diet figured out will be as follows:

8 week Stack:

First 4 weeks:

Mtest

Anabolic xt

Phosphatidic acid xt

L carnitine L tartate

Prime xt

Next 4 weeks

Mtest

Anabolic xt

Phosphatidic acid xt

L carnitine L tartate

Prime xt

Add in 3ad by iconic, epicatechin gel, Tongkat Ali 10%, anabolic effect

Day 79:

I had a good lift but I felt that pop in my glute again. I made a rehab plan and a squat warm up routine. I didn’t do weighted back extensions because of that but did do them single leg without weight.

Day 80:

I had a good lift today and am happy with all my lifts, most of them are going up.

I was pretty fatigued today but chalk it up to not getting a lot of electrolytes today.

I’m gonna take a rest day today. I may be coming down with something, I have a cough and am run down.

I’m gonna call in sick for work tomorrow.

The thing is I was doing grunt work all day in dusty ass rooms from all the drywall and have gotten an average of 6 hours of sleep in the past week. So idk if I’m coughing and run down because I’m inhaling all of that 8 hours a day with only one 20 minute break, have been carrying heavy objects up and down 6 flights of stairs all day today and am sleep deprived or if I’m actually sick.
But good thing tomorrow is a Friday and I’ll only miss one day of work.

We will see if I’m fit to lift tmrw.

Usually when starting a new job you will have to scale back training some while you accommodate; it’s just all a new stressor and you have to figure out how to best adapt to the new work plan.

Most people who work full-time jobs do not train 6 days per week, unless they have very short workouts (like 1 hour). 3-5 training sessions is more typical.

So just be patient, listen to your body, and you’ll figure things out as you feel better eventually.

I forgot to set an alarm and slept from 11:40pm to 12:30pm, I clearly needed the rest.

I feel good though and I’m gonna hit legs, I also have a church event later. Gonna be a good day.

day 81:

It was a great lift today. I’m going to church later so I need to wrap up the lift but it was great. I changed my squat form so that’s why I didn’t squat as much as usual. I also have my feet closer since it’s more comfortable on my glutes.

I felt good today.

I’m heavily restructuring my workouts for better efficiency. I’ll send them when I’m done.

Hope you all have a good weekend

Day 82:

My lower trap is bothering me again so I’m just at the gym doing a lighter hypertrophy day. It is what it is, I’ll be back in no time.

I’m gonna take a rest day and just chill. My posture has already improved so much from my stretching and I’m noticeably taller already. That’s just spinal decompression and better alignment though not actual growth.

Day 82:

I’ve heavily restructured my workouts for better efficiency but I’m still working on it.

I progressed on some of the lifts but others stayed the same or went down, like my bench and pull ups. But dips and other lifts I overloaded hard.

Is that all one session?

Just noticed the time at the top and was wondering if you did like a morning and evening or if it was all in one. I would be dead doing that 😂
LMAO, I suppose how it could seem that way. I have one lower day and 2 upper days that I alternate between.

Day 83:

I condensed my lift but still tweaked it a bit to make it faster. I felt great today, probably because I got my electrolytes in at work.

I just hit upper 2 days ago so I’m still sore which is why I only hit 275x3 on bench and didn’t overload much but I felt good today and it was a great lift.

Howcome you don’t like it?
pretty much anything that gives me any kind of connection to curry sorta grosses me out lol. But I also have to deal with tumeric powder when I put together supplements for our chickens and I can't stand the stuff, plus it stains my hands orange if I'm not careful lol. We make little pre-made supplement containers (like those little plastic containers restaurants will send filled with ketchup with you in a to go package) with tumeric and ginger etc to mix into their water periodically.

Day 85:

Hit a quicker workout today since I have a church event tn. I still had a great lift but didn’t overload too hard because I just hit legs 2 days ago lol.

I’m grinding the cardio, I’ve been doing 20-10 intervals on the assault bike for 10 mins a day and then the stationary bike for another 10. It’s brutal lmao.

Do you smell like curry afterwards? I could believe it, but definitely don’t want to smell like an Indian restaurant either.
Wow you guys really dislike curry😂

I think the capsaicin in curry rubs my wife and myself the wrong way at times, I know she says she always feels like her heart gets a little racy/fluttery after curry and a lot of foods it comes on usually aren't my style. I see why some people like curry, there are a lot of flavors in it, but I'm pretty simple. last night for instance I had a very rare steak on a bed of greens. other than a little salt and pepper and a good singe on the outside, I want my steak rare as can be with zero sauce cause I like the flavor of dead animal.

Pretty good thanks for asking, I’m super happy with my results from the stretching. I’ve gained about an inch or maybe a little less of functional height back.

I did a fast aswell from dec 1-3. A lot of Christian’s around the world did a fast together on those days and I fasted from all non whole foods and secular music. I needed to still eat since my job is quite physical. I saw my Spotify wrapped and it was all filled with trap music like chief keef, I listened to so much chief keef I was a top 0.06% listener and he has over 10 million active listeners. I realized I should not be filling my mind with this sinful music.

Church is great too.

I’m not gonna lift today since I’ve been going ham 4 days in a row.

How is it going with you?

Day 86:

It was a good lift today but I’m a bit frustrated since I’ve plateaud pretty hard on many lifts.

My physique was INSANE today. I wore a compression shirt and I looked absurdly big. Take a look at the attached photos.

I worked in a department at one job previously full of Indian people, which was otherwise pretty cool - except an alarming number of them did NOT wear deodorant or bathe daily. And then many of these people also smelled like Indian cooking spices, which would have been great (I think Indian cuisine is tasty), except the overpowering body odor just ruined everything.

@Hyde
do you know this fitness influencer named Sean Wood or “Sean.wd” on ig. He is absurdly strong and is pretty popular with many of my friends

I’m at my church Christmas grand service right now and later I’m volunteering at church. I’m gonna rest today.

I had a worship night with the boys yesterday and it was so much fun.

Is it time to rethink putting pull ups into my routine and consider doing lat pulldowns instead? Look at the progress I have made on bench vs pull ups.

It’s so hard for me to progress pull ups and they don’t feel that good.

I used to really enjoy pull-ups. In high school I had heard the school record was like 24 so I worked them until I had 27, those were deadhang, when I was competing in various xfit sports I think I was sitting around 50, although those were butterfly but I'd often mix them in with weighted pull-up reps as well. I don't take them as seriously lately cause they just trash my hands but they can be a fun skill to get better at and definitely a back builder for me!

I think pull-ups provide more growth stimulus for me than lat pull downs. I just tend to do lat pull-downs more because the grips I have available are a little less abrasive on my hands and I'm tired of bloody palms, lol

Nothing wrong with trying something different if you aren’t really feeling what you’re doing, or think you’ve kind of run out of road for now doing them as is.

I kept getting into issues with one of my lat inserts on chin-ups, then recently after a very heavy weighted chin I bugged what I think was the top of my bicep, where it attaches over the shoulder seemed to be slipping. So I have been taking a break from them for probably a month and the bicep tendon slipping thing seems to be calming down, not doing it on Pulldowns. I will add chins again at some point, but my lats are getting stronger & growing as is on this bulk so I’m not fixing what’s working for me.
