Alright guys, here come the details. This starts tomorrow. Everyone feel free to chime in with suggestions.

GOALS FOR STACK
Ive only been deadlifting for about 6 months and currently my max is 515. I want 600, but my goal for this 6 weeks is to get up to 550. My main goal will be recomp/lean mass. I want to put on as much lean mass and strength as possible with a very small amount fat. I would say 10-15 pounds of lean weight is what Im shooting for. I tested YG, so I know what it can do.

SUPPLEMENTS
xforce- as needed for energy
Camphibolic- 7 per day(2morning, 2preworkout, 3presleep)
Powerfull- 7 per day (2morning, 3prew/o, 2presleep)
Symmetry- 6 per day(2morning, 2prew/o, 2presleep)
DNA- 6 caps per day (3morning, 3prew/o)
Yellow Gold/Anabolic pump-1500mg(500mg b4 each carb meal)
ALCAR- 2gs Preworkout
Celadrin- 6caps (gettin all the joint protection I can)
Excell- 3 servings during workout
Whole Food Multi- 3 caps per day
Vit E- 400ius twice per day
Ester C- 1000mgs twice per day
Perfect Food vegetable/fruit powder
Dymatize Elite Protein - boatloads
Supercarb- boatloads
Vitargo- 2 scoops postworkout

DIET
Meal 1: 10 liquid eggwhites, 1cup oatmeal, 1scoop perfect food
Meal 2: (Preworkout) 2 scoops whey with water
Meal 3: (Postworkout) 2scoops Vitargo, 2cups water, 2servings supercarb, 2 scoops whey
Meal 4: 2 wholewheat sandwiches with powerbutter and sugar free preserves. Also, 2 cups CarbCountdown 2%
Meal 5: half pound of 96/4 lean beef(might add wholewheat lowcarb tortilla with 2 pieces of fatfree cheese occasionally)
Meal 6: half pound of 96/4 lean beef
Meal 7: 3 scoops Musclemilk with 2 cups carbcountdown

I may adjust this depending on how the cycle goes. Ill also post macro totals later.

WORKOUTS
Sunday- Shoulders/traps/Back/Calves and abs
Wednesday- Biceps/Back/Calves and abs
Thursday- Deadlifts/Legs/Traps
Friday- Chest/Tris/calves and abs

Thats my current setup. I change this about every 2 months so I might switch it up soon.

6 Lean Extreme
6 scoops Excell
Animal Pak
Whey Isolate
Protein Blend


I have met my match, lol. Have you used Symmetry before? I i haven't seen all too much feedback on it.

Line up your supplement by time. You are taking to much Forskolin(C2 and cAMPH) off the back. You may be taking to much PowerFULL at night since you are using rem.
 
Wow, are you sure you can even process all those things? I am pretty sure that using that many supplements is going to be overkill and you will be wasting much of what you intake. More does not equal better.

I agree. I would split the regimen into 2 different supplement cycles.

Ugab - I can't remember if that's the dosing I suggested but on second thought it's a bit over the top, I'd seriously consider splitting the stack into two, using one as a run up for Cialabol and Yellow Gold/Anabolic-Pump.
 
Ohhhhhhhhh their is a demand :twisted: , lots of ppl, including myself missed out on picking some up.
 
Alright, guys I edited original post. Its still a lot of supps, but I take everything from ALCAR down year round. What do you think of the new setup? You guys are the experts, so please continue with the feedback. Thats why I posted it. Ill keep adjusting it until the dosages/timing and supp combos are all in line. Thanks to everybody thats replied.

Yes, Ive used it before and it definately seems to kick the powerfull/cissus combo up a notch.
 
I would still knock your edited dosages down ALOT ugab. I remember going through this process with you before, more supplements does not always make better gains.

Yeah, you're right man, sometimes I see all the supps sitting around and start brainstorming and end up going overboard. Thanks for the knowledge though. I completely understand that. If you get a chance, let me know what dosages would be effective.

Do you notice a difference taking 6 alpha drive? Just curious as I have been taking 3 and I have been feeling some effects from it.
 
Yep my face got even oiler and my upper back started breaking out and my sex drive is up, i seem to hold a tad of water on it for some reason, but i'm still getting leaner, harder and stronger.
