"THE LARGEST SALES EVENT" Banner Covering Thread Tools

Is anyone else having trouble using the Link Back, Thread Tools, Rate Thread? The "LARGEST SALES EVENT" banner cover up the menu options.

Are there other ways to subscribe to a thread?
