Weak hip rotators, which lie under the gluteal muscles, can put strain on the piriformis muscle, causing it to place irritating pressure on the sciatic nerve.

You know what YR, I wish I would of known years ago because I believe this was a problem I was having while in the Army and probably now but due to me doing less i don;t notice it as much...Going to start these on my workouts.

I should place you on rep retainer.
