The HUNG-er for more

Maybe add in some hot yoga and see if you can't suck your own cock. If you're up for a good challenge that is.

@dsade I just found half a bottle of the previous version hung, would it be beneficial to use this as the post routine application? like the one you are developing, or just use it as normal then move onto phallanx?

No. It still suffers from my previous hypothesis mistakes.

The night time treatment is way different.

Will start weekly logging again once phallanx comes in. I have made some more gains swapping to hanging, so will be interesting to see what phallanx can do.

I should get it today or tomorrow

Current Protocol

AM Session
  • Nothing as of yet, but thinking about 30-60 mins light extending
PM Session
  • Extension Work:1–2 hours total target.
    • Equipment: Compression Clamp and Hanging Weight.
    • Structure: Split into 20 minute sets.
    • Tension: 2.5kgs - Going up .25 - .5kgs each week. This is relatively easier, but do not want to overload
  • Static Pumping (Red Light): 9 minutes @ 5-7 inHg. Followed by 1 minute Interval Pulse. Repeat x 2.
    Total 20 minutes

@dsade just confirming a full pump is used? seems a lot more than last versions and spreads well. This will last 2.5 months?

Also first impressions, yeah easier spread, smells pretty good/fine. I used it last night with pumping got a bit more petechiae than usual, possibly from not warming up as much, any thoughts there?

Going to do normal routine now, just applied

Monday
PM Session

Warmed up with heat pack. Applied Phallanx

  • Extension Work:1 hour total target.
    • Equipment: Compression Clamp and Hanging Weight.
    • Structure: Split into 20 minute sets.
    • Tension: 4.5kg
  • Static Pumping (Red Light): 9 minutes @ 5-7 inHg. Followed by 1 minute Interval Pulse. Repeat x 2.
    Total 20 minutes

Felt good, no issues with the weight. Excited to see what Phallanx can do. Will finish this month off and do measurements.

Nothing to note as of yet, it's like day 4 of Phallanx.

Yeah, a full pump is a bit much. Just adjust your finger pressure a bit. Maybe half a pump.

Ok will go half pump, see how I go. Should I be looking at getting another bottle for logging or one should showcase what you want/ I want haha

It's plenty to demonstrate the growth trend while I hammer out the whole 2 part formula

Will be uping the weight tomorrow, .25kg or .5kg depends will decide tomorrow.

Not much to report still, I do have some critique for the pump itself. It is very hard to half pump or to even know what is a half pump as it doesnt always pump out straight away, sometimes it takes half pressing it for anything to come out, sometimes 3/4th pressing then a fair bit comes out.

I dont know how I am dosing it tbh, will probably be closer to a full pump so a months worth?

Still doing daily work.

I think 10 inHg might be too much pressure, like it feels fine but maybe a bit too much edema. I will go back to 7 inHg.

Flaccid looks extra large/thick today. Other than that, not too much to add.

Going to keep 4.75kg for a couple of weeks then go up, I think once you hit 4kgs you dont need to drastically increase weight every 1-2 weeks.

Just curious, do people follow this? any questions? any thoughts?

I thought I might update my physical fitness too;

I did a body fat test with one of the 8 point scales in March and I was 27.3%, I did one last week and I am down to 16%, but the thing is my water has gone up a lot. I am on Reta, MOTS C and Tesa (which I know can hold water) So I wonder how far off this is, I would assume I would be around 20% bodyfat and I that I will drop a few kgs when I jump off tesa. The other issue is I used different machines that show things slightly different

March 28
Body fat- 27.3% (28.8kgs)
Total Body water- 50.4% (53.2kg)
Weight- 107kg
Extracellular Water- 41.7%
Intracell Watter- 31kg
Muscle Mass- 73kg

August 22
Body Fat- 16.3% (17.3kg)
Total Body Water- 64.1kg
Weight- 106.4kg
Extracellular Water- 35%
Intra- 41.7kg
Muscle Mass- 89.1kg
