I am starting this log to track my experience with HUNG by EvoMuse.

My Background
I have dabbled in PE for over 10 years. My journey has been a mix of knuckling down for months at a time, followed by dropping off for a few weeks here and there. Now, I am looking to get consistent again and see what this product can do.

The Plan
I plan to update this log weekly. I’ll cover:

  • How I am feeling (libido, EQ, mood).
  • The routine I am following.
  • Any physical changes or observations.
Measurements
I am thinking of measuring every 2–4 weeks so we can see the progress in real-time without obsessing over daily fluctuations.

Questions for You Guys
  • Stats: Do you want to know my "Lifetime Starting Stats" (from 10 years ago) to see the total journey, or should I just post my current stats to treat this as a clean slate for the HUNG run?
  • Detail: What specifically are you interested in seeing? Is weekly too frequent, or not enough?
Gym & Health
I will also be using this space to log my weight training. I am currently recovering from hernia surgery, but I am nearly cleared to go back to the gym. The plan is to start a cut soon, so I will be tracking that progress alongside the PE results.

 

Current Protocol

AM Session
  • Static Pumping: 15–20 minutes @ 5 inHg.
PM Session
  • Extension Work: 1–3 hours total target.
    • Equipment: Best Extender & Compression Clamp.
    • Structure: Split into 20–30 minute sets.
    • Tension: 6.6 lbs – 11 lbs.
  • Static Pumping: 20 minutes @ 5 inHg.
  • Interval Pumping (Red Light): 10 minutes total.
    • Technique: 20-second ramp up to 4.4 Hg, immediate release and repeat.​

I am tossing up between doing 30 minutes of lenght work in the AM rather than the Pumping, but I do like the expansion.
 
What was your beginning measurements? Curious!
When I first started I was 5.7 BP (I dont really have any fat pad at all so NPB is really the same) and like 5.0.

I am now 6.5 consistently and 5.4. I have been up to 6.7 with high EQ, I could sometimes get up to 7 for the day. But yeah cemented .8 inches and .4 girth.

This is all new to me so i don’t know what Bp and NPB means, penis base? And damn I didn’t think someone could grow that much from stretching!

BP is Bone pressed, its when you stick the ruler hard into your fat pad, NBP is when you just start at the base, obviously some people have a big difference. I dont hold any fat there so there basically the same.

Yeah it's clinically proven, but a lot of people dont commit to it

Ahh gotchya, yeah that is a commitment but it’s legitimately paid off! Almost an inch is crazy, I would have never guessed. Also yeah I’ve only bone pressed my whole life lol.
 

Before this log truly begins, I want to be clear about my intentions. No one should ever embark on this journey for anyone other than themselves. I am doing this strictly for me. I enjoy the process of experimentation and I am driven by growth, whether that is physical or mental.

To anyone following along, If you have ever felt self conscious or had a partner make you feel like you aren't enough, know that they are the toxic ones, not you. Never settle for someone who views your size as an issue, there are a thousand ways around it, but your self worth should not be one of the things you compromise. Do this for you.

I dunno what is going on with this formatting I can't fix it.

 
@dsade just confirming, I have two bottles sitting in my desk, about 1/4 of it has turned to dark liquid, I can shake it up and it remixes after awhile... is this destroying any actives? should it be in the fridge? does it matter etc?
 
Everything is going well. I’m currently attempting an AM/PM split to maximize results.

The Routine:
  • AM: My goal is 30-60 minutes of extending. However, if I wake up too late, I opt for a 20-minute pump session instead.
  • PM: This session has been consistent: 1-2 hours of extending followed by 20 minutes of pumping.
Technique & EQ: EQ seems to be improving. I am currently alternating between two pumping styles:
  1. Intervals: 20 minutes of cycling pressure up to 10 inHg and immediately dropping to zero to mimic erections.
  2. Static Sets: 5 minutes at 5 inHg, followed by 3 sets of 5 minutes at 10 inHg (constant pressure), releasing only to shake out between sets.
Observations: I’ve noticed a difference with the application timing. If I apply it, wait 5 minutes and then pump, I get massive girth expansion very quickly. If I let it absorb longer, the expansion is still good, but slightly less intense.

Questions: This is Day 8 of consistent application and training. When do you guys suggest I check for measured results?
 
Everything still going well, going to start weight training today which is good. EQ has been pretty good, at times I look noticably thicker and longer. I am thinking of measuring next Sunday to see how it is going. Routine remains the same.

Yeah that is the issue unfortunately, PE takes months of consistent work so it's really hard to prove how good the stuff is. I have enough for 3-4 months that should really show what it can do.
 
I'm still a little confused here. This is a product that is supposed to make your dick bigger? And is this erect, flaccid, or both? And I don't understand what these exercises are either?

It's not something I see myself ever doing or using, however if it actually works I have a feeling there would be men lining up for this stuff.

I believe the idea of the product is to enhance recovery from the sessions to help facilitate growth and put it in a more ideal environment during sessions.

Reported gains of up to 1.5 cm in flaccid length.Worn for at least 4 hours daily.

There are studies out there that shows it does work, the problem is people are lazy and expect results overnight or half assed. You need to commit to it, sometimes people dont get results for 6 months, other times they give up before that. I do it because I want to, not because I need to and the benefits are great (sex is better, it looks and feels better etc)

It is a device.

You wear the device while the penis is flaccid. Normally have a base ring, a headpiece, and adjustable metal rods to create a pull. Can use a small silicone or rubber strap loops behind the head of the penis. It is tightened to hold the penis in place while the rods extend to provide the stretch. I use a clamp style for more grip

Steady tension causes "micro-tears" in the tissue. As the body heals those tiny tears, it grows new cells, which can lead to a permanent (though usually small) increase in length
 
Are the “gains” permanent? Or is this a lifelong commitment to the program?
Yeah permanent, but theres a theory you need to cement the gains, so basically you do the hard work then back off like 50% or more, but keep going and after awhile and slowly stop exercises or keep it once every 1-2 weeks and you keep the gains made.
 
Will measure tonight and see how we are going, I will say that I definitely feel harder at times which is good.
 
So I tested today, I've lost my plastic and wood ruler so had to use the metal one, hurt like a bitch 🙃

I couldn't get 100% hard, probably 90-95% so still erect, but maybe more in me lol.

6.59 inches. So 0.09 inch gain it seems since starting hung again, this was pre my daily workout. So 3 weeks in 0.09, not bad considering I did miss a day here and there due to Christmas and I haven't been going max tension on extender. Going to start picking it up
 
Still going strong, I have found doing 10mins of red light pumping in the morning and after my other routine in the PM seems to be improving my EQ and flaccid hang.

I will do another measurement the end of the week so rougly 6 weeks mark. I do see gains, not sure if its much length, most likely slight length and slight girth and giving overall larger appearance.
 
Sorry for lack of updates, as you all know PE is the long game, I am starting to see some real gains and erection strength. I have been a bit sick lately, still working and doing my routine, but just under the weather which has been affecting my EQ I reckon. I will be dialing back my training intensity wise, but not the days and going to see if that helps me get back into the routine... basically I have been limiting myself with not letting myself recover from this sickness, but also keeping a similar routine. I am now going to adopt a progressive overload style with it.

I will try measure tonight and see how I am going
 
6.7 on the dot, so this is a good result, my EQ was not perfect but it was enough I think the additional EQ would have only provided hardness not neccessarily more length, but we are moving in the right direction.

So it is about .2 inches in 2 and a half months. I feel like I sabotaged myself with my routine, tbh I got stuck going through the motions, and didnt really progressive overload at all.

Now I have started again this week at 4.4lbs and will go up 1lb in each week or 2 judging by my EQ, I already feel better than before

Once I get to maybe like 14lbs I will take a week off and then introduce something extra, maybe go to hanging or something additional like another set
 
I wonder if anyone would be willing to commit to like 6-10 hours 5-7 days a week, most studies that prove penis length increase are done with lower tension and higher duration. The general rule amongs the PE community is 1k hours of stretching equals 1 inch. Unfortunately I do not have the time or the secrecy to do 6 hours. Work would be to obvious haha.

I wish I had this during covid when I was working from home... man I could have logged some serious hours
 
@dsade Do you have any thoughts on using GHK-CU while doing PE? I am doing some deep diving into peptides and saw that GHK CU increased elastin production, wouldnt this be counter productive?

So the GHK-CU I have been using has been for my skin and hair and I have noticed benefits there and still clearly made progress with PE, but I wonder if its making it less effective? and would HUNG over power it or is it still like 2 steps forward 1 step back kind of thing, so still working... but could be better

The key word here is fibrosis. Fibrosis is bad.

I honestly haven't really looked into it.
I have said this before, but you should try link up with a guy on youtube called HINK, he has a PE channal and a big following. If you can explain the science behind your product and maybe get him to buy some/or send him some. You would have a massive increase in sales for hung. If that happened there, then theres all the reddit forums, honestly you could really make all your money just from hung lol

I have done another measurement and pretty shocked and happy. 6.99 inches. This seems to be a direct response to my dialing back my training to light stretching then ramping up every two weeks to progressive overload. I havent really been doing two sessions a day the last few weeks, I hav needed sleep unfortunately. So I wonder if I would have grown more if I did with HUNG.
I started at 4.4lbs in the extender, now around 8.8lbs, going to stay here for 2 weeks then go to 10-11 (just how the markers work on my extender)

I aim to get to about 15lbs of force then will take a week or two off and start again at maybe 6lbs and go up from there again.
 
The new version is almost done. 1000% improvement.
 
Care to expand on that? haha what has changed?

I went to great lengths with the upgrade.

Oh I’m getting a couple. Your stuff is elite. My wife has had good appetite control on Exemplar. That’s the only product she’s actually had results from since starting Anastrozole from breast cancer 2 years ago. It’s been a game changer for her.
 
I have been noticing my temples have been receeding more than usual, I am getting older but do take things to control this. It does seem to line up with when I started taking HUNG, I wonder if I am getting a bit of systematic absorption, possibly via the hands... maybe I should use gloves.

Well there you go, always nice to hear these kinds of "compliments" during sex with your partner, seems like she may be noticing, although length is the goal, the girth has definitely increase/ the total volume
 
More signs of growth, I am reaching higher than ever before in the pump at not even max pump hgs. I have cut back on HUNG as I feel like it definitely started affectign my hair. I apply 1 pump and just spread it once a day or every second session. I feel like my hair is balancing out again... when the new one comes out I will have to reassess how I do it
 
I took a week off and no decrease in size, which is a positive sign. Still making progress, I am well on track to get another inch in 1 year, anyone still practising or following along?

Routine as usual
3-5x 20mins at 11lbs (currently for this week to accomodate for the week off, will progress upwards again)

2x 10 mins at 5-7.5 hg
1 x 10 mins at 4.4hg red light interval pump

I have been doing kegals too and my erection strength is getting really good again
 
Now hitting about 18.1cm-18.2cm in pump at high tension, hasnt translated to actual length outside the pump, but its a sign its coming.
 
I am currently doing BPC 157 and TB500 and GHK CU via stomach injections... I have been reading a bit on it and now I am wondering if this may hinder my results, it looks like TB500 might have some benefit, but BPC 157 and GHK cu might actually hinder progress.

I think I can still out work it with stretchng and pumping, but I wonder if anyone has any thoughts?
