After this routine, I was not walking to good! Legs didn't really want to bend to well from the nice pump I had going. No loss of energy through out whole session so endurance is still on the rise! Muscles did however get burnt!

This routine took me right at 56 minutes to complete. Once again, I was there by myself so things went by fairly quick. Was definitely feeling my abs today while doing my rows. I like the feeling of knowing that I got a certain group of muscles good! Had a really good pump going on that was making my arms pop! Tried to get a good pic of it after the lifting but was unable to hold steady enough for a clear pic! Lol!

Holy crap!!! Been very lethargic all day today! Thinking it's my allergies that are kicking my butt but not sure if the progestins have any part in it. Head has been stuffy making it difficult to get good air intake. Tonights lift sucked. Will post up tomorrow. Right now it's time for a shower then BED!
 
Day 20; 8-29-2011

Well like I said before, this day was not a good day or night for that matter. Very lethargic and drained all day. Allergies were kicking in pretty good so sinuses were inflamed and breathing was poor. There were 8 people in the garage gym last night so it was also hard to get things going in that it was crowded also. I tried to get the rhythm going but it was just not happening! Was really wishing for a good preworkout to give me that extra push to rise above the funk I was in! At least one is on the way!

This is where I was told by my wife it was time to go home because my daughter was getting crabby and she needed to be put to bed. My wife went with me last night to visit with the preacher's wife. Unfortunately it really didn't take much for me to stop and say "OK let's go!" My body is still tired today even though I had a good 1 1/2 hour nap yesterday after I got home (yeah! surprised myself I slept that long during the day!!!) and then a good 7 hrs of sleep last night! I actually stopped and got myself a Monster this morning on the way to work. It did it's job but I really don't like to rely on them to get me through the day! We'll see how the rest of the day goes and might not do cardio tonight.

Well so much for the not getting DOMS!! Yesterday and today, my whole upper body has been sore! Not bad, mind you, but enough to make certain movements very noticeable. Fatigue is not as pronounced as the past couple days so that is a good thing!! Not sure why but it just seemed to hit me like a ton of bricks on Monday and it was very difficult to shake it! Just tried to catch a nap after work and go to bed a little earlier than normal. Maybe it was my body telling me it needs more rest to grow more. Usually 7 hrs of sleep is ideal for me but I guess by being on a cycle, I need more than that. Lesson learned!!

Took it easy tonight and didn't push it too hard because I knew the next day at work would be long. A lot of climbing up and down 12' ladders and lifting heavy timbers in place. Ok, did you catch all the P.R.s? 2 for wide grip pull backs, 2 for close grip pull backs, 2 for regular shrugs, 2 for retracting shrugs and 1 for DB rows for a grand total of 9!!! To say the least, I am happy with this work out! I was feeling pretty good and made a giant set out of the rows, db curls, db tri press, hammers and both wrist curls! I was sweating my butt off!! Gym temperature was a nice cool 90° to start with and dropped down to 87° by the end. Had a nice cool front move in! My back is really feeling this work out right now and probably will for a couple more days! I like it though!! I really should have ordered some more 5aOHP to continue this cycle longer! If I order today, I don't think it will arrive in time to not have a skip so I will just wait to make another run of it at a later time. Yes, I will order this and give it a longer cycle to really see where it takes me! So far, I am very pleased with the progress! Five more days then it's PCT time with PCT REVOLUTION BLACK, TITANIUM and ADAMANTIUM. Sad to see it drawing to an end but will continue to log throughout PCT.
 
Was working under my truck today and got in a tight spot. The bolt didn't want to come loose so I wedged myself in tight to get more leverage. The bolt came loose and I slammed my left elbow against the sway bar. OUCH!! Really torqued me off and adrenaline took over so it stopped hurting for a while. Went to go lift tonight and had to cut it short because it was really screaming at me. Got it in a big bowl of ice water right now. Not really sure which is worse! Lol!

By the end of this workout, my elbow was screaming at me! Even after icing it pretty good last night and rubbing some BLUE EMU on it, it is still rather tender today. The over 100 degree days are finally over! It was pretty nice, last night in the gym it was only 80 degrees!! Started thinking that I wasn't working hard or fast enough because I wasn't sweating all over the place! LOL! Already 27 days in and no negative sides to this cycle. Aggression has been slightly elevated but very minimal. Testes are still normal. Libido is normal. No hair loss or excessive shedding. I think that Taurus has something here with this product. Already looking forward to running another cycle of this but longer next time or an increased dose. Being my first PH cycle, I wasn't sure what to expect. This didn't hit me hard like I thought it might, it just kinda rolled in and did it's thing.

Cut my squats short tonight because my middle back was out. We got some timbers in at work (28' x 8"×12") that I was cutting on and moving around and tweaked my back a little. Didn't get all that I wanted to do done tonight because I was also working with my nephews (ages 15 & 12) who are lifting with me. I gave them each a notebook and their own routines to follow so there was a lot of guidance and such going on.

Strength is still on this rise as lifts are getting easier. Not sure if my bottle had extra in it or if my syringe was marked improperly but I still have a little left so I'm not to my pct just yet.

Sorry for my absence in here the past several days. Most of my "free" time has been filled with daughter time, working on rebuilding the motor in my truck or doing side jobs to pay for the overhaul. Been able to pop in here and there but not for too long. Will post up last workouts tomorrow at lunch time. Started my PCT Saturday night sense I still had doses in my bottle till Saturday morning.

I'm gonna go ahead and count this day because I did have two doses in the a.m. So as you have read above, I am trying to get my two nephews to have a good routine to where I don't have to babysit them all the time while lifting. This is unfortunately cutting into my lifts so I am not getting in all the lifts that I want to get done. That being said, I am still making progress with the weights!

The love handles have shrunk and my chest/ shoulders have gotten a little bigger.
 
Nice man. Abs really started to come out. Shoulder got some nice size in them too.

Hell No Bro, I can see some great changes, upper chest poking out more, shoulders for sure, abs way more visible, just happy you were wearing pants in the second photo, LoL! (Flaming Heterosexual comment)!
 
Sorry if asked, I did not go thru the whole log review, but read enough be close to making a decision. What is the recommended PCT for this PH? Can anyone compare it to things like EPi, or epistrong, or even any of the PH's by PP (Androhard, Androbulk, etc)?
