today begins day one of my oxyguno/ap stack . my goal is increased muslcle density, vascularity, and separation. as such weight is not an issue, neither are measurements. I am looking to inrease meat quality as they would say in the vetrinary industry

as in my last "log" will only be giving breif updates.

To be blatelantly honest i was not a huge epistatne fan, and i hated sdi thought m1t was garbage. I like things that are more purely myotrophic not just anabolic.halodrol,mdien(one of my favorites) and mtrn(the alri original) were all awsome.
personaly i rather resemble a beast :bb3:then a blowup doll:donut: , but thats just me
 
And here I was clicking into this hoping to hear a Paul Bunyon rags to riches story.

Interesting stack evan, I bet this log gets a lot of traffic.
 
day one complete all is well
this is my fourth straight bottle of ap by the way. one intresting thing to note is i know so little about the oxy, and this will truly eliminate the placebo fator. this is the only thing i have ever taken
that i an honestly say i have no preconceived notions

on a separate note i have started my sister on ap. she is following nutrasystem diet(she is only slightly overweiht) what is intresting is she preforms very little phisical ativity and i am extremly intrested to see the effects of ap on a sedentary individual following a controlled slightly hypoaloric diet aka the mainstreme population. i will create a seperate log for her but only if i receive enough requests to do so. this will realy help to tesr this product outside of our little niche, so if everyone wants this please respond
 
Subscrizzled...as a personal request though, since you've been on AP for so long...can you make sure to note the oxyguno result in particular.

Also, whats you dosing like?
 
yes absolutely.

one thing i noticed from the oxy is that when i woke up in the morning my back looked more "dense" while this is obviously only a transient effect i can say from personal experiene that all the ompounds i have taken have all shared this trait, as this tends to demonstrate an anti-catabolic response, as i appeared almost
pumped after awaking from a fasted state
 
I have alot of lame ass women (kidding...sort of) in my life who will diet and maybe even exercise some but I'll be damned if they are going to take weight training advice from me. "I don't want to be HUGE!"

Anyway I would LOOOVE to see a log of a semi-sedentary female using AP.

PLEASE if you could throw it up?
 
I too would be interested in the semi-sedentary femalia logette.
 
my sister appears to be losing a good amount of fat around the lower back region, more than i beleive is possible throuh her moderatley hypo-caloric diet alone.

I unfortunatley got a bad cold and have not been able to maintain so i will wait another week to report findings
 
no need to wait that week to my suprise im up 5 pounds(and i was sik up until 2 days ago. this stuff is VERY strong at 5-6 caps(pump s are very strong) , I like it alot better then havoc wouldnt reccomend this stuff unless you have a few cycle under the belt. like this much better than havoc

two special products

1.Dreamfields pasta-semolina that has been wrapped with a blend fibers that take the body a VERY long time to break down. it is made by a bio-tech ompany it has a glycemic index of five and has been tested and accepted as safe by diabetics who have measured blood sugar before and after ingestion. I read an interview by the head researcher this stuff is very leigit, and he
claims that it actually only yeilds about 90 cals per servin but can't claim this as it would cause trouble with the fda. The ultimate low glycemic
2.Enova oil is diaglycerol or dag oil for short. it has been studied in japan. dag is an intermediary of regular triglicerides and does not last long enough to be stored as fat it is thus utilized by the liver and function like a carb

intrestinly enough dreamfields tastes exactly like regular pasta
and da oil can be used like any cooking oil

I just mix the two toether and throw in spices for taste
it tastes awsome if you add lean meat and some protein shakes and your set

I think you can see the implications of combinig this with ap

as you could greatly increase food consumption
aka consuming 2000 cals will be as fillin as 4000 would be

One extremely important update for the first time in YEARS COmbining these two special foods i am able to conriol my appetite.
I so far would say this is even better then eca as the effects dont dissipate my home body fat scale shows my weight has increased but my body fat has dropped well over a percent. normally i would write this of as being "statistical but for as long as i have used this scale it has never been reading this consistantly low and i got a reading of 10.4 at over 190 pounds i was averaging 183 at 13-14 percent a few(2-3) weeks ago as matter of fact i had never got below 12 since iv'e owned the scale
