my biggest gripe with oreos
When they try and combine multiple flavors its usually a hit or miss on one element. One aspect over powers the other and may turn some people off.
I am going to guess there is going to be faint chocolate and more cookie dough (which i hope), but I hope its strong enough like the center of fruity crisp was legit cereal milk.

Wow. Max effort with that review...

Did you even like the FC? What did these taste like? A little help here..

Hahaha I don't have time for a full review because I have 3.5 month old twins to feed! But I've been through a pack and love them. I've had fruity crisp and nothing will compare to their intended flavor. So spot on, it's unbelievable. But I'm more of a chocolate guy. Plus I love sweet treats. So Choco Cookie are right up my ally. They are super sweet and have a bit of a graham flavor. Red Velvet are my number one and these have replaced brownie batter for number too. Super sweet. Good chocolate chip flavor. Delicious. And I've had every flavor, including Reece's

my review from page 207

Uh I was asking the guy who actually had the choc chip and was comparing... Why would I care about your review for reference ha?

I've had the fc and think they're the goat of Oreo specials.

Finally someone who can read haha. Thanks ;)

I love the fruity & sweet flavours - cotton candy, pumpkin, caramel apple & strawberry shortcake are all top 10 for me. I also have red velvet high on my list too - top 5 for sure), not as hot on the brownie batter but did enjoy them.

Ahhh, we have different tastes. Fruity crisp were amazing, but not something I'd crave. I love pumpkin, cause I'm a basic white chick. But not a fan of cc, caramel apple, or strawberry shortcake (although my wife loves them). You excited for Swedish fish?

I love the actual Swedish fish candy but not sure it will work as an oreo cookie though. Maybe be similar to berry oreos which were ok.

I just want jelly donut to win the vote. want. so. bad. (especially if its well done)

GNO i think you were asking about these:

REVIEW: Hostess Limited Edition White Fudge Marshmallow Twinkies

Rating: 6 out of 10
Pros: Hefty marshmallow layer and decent white fudge taste. Familiar Twinkie goodness. Ecto Cooler. Bill Murray.

Cons: Sweetness of white fudge, marshmallow, and sponge cake is overwhelming. Textural nightmare. Eating Twinkies until you look like the Stay Puft Marshmallow Man. Terrible ghost jokes.

I also saw the review on JunkBanter. What actually made be more is interested is they both said it has a really sweet white fudge or chocolate-like taste and the thick marshmallow. I love that!

The former fat kid that still hides inside of me smiled when I saw this. I haven't had Taco Bell in a long time. I don't know if I would still like it.

I love yogurts. I'll be on the hunt for this

It's never worth the feeling of my insides dying. (My loss maybe)

But I'll stick to burgers and subs

...when your sub is so full the meat spills out...might be at DiBella's...

Looks sooooooo good!

Love that it's not fried chicken fingers....not quite as "buffalo"...but no fried and breaded guilt.

....sometimes I gotta just get the jim's chicken finger sub though!

So much yes!

I have tried a few stinger items - Stinger pizza from Johnnys & DeNeros, Stinger wrap from Johnny (I think) & Stinger mac from Mooneys and Jims cant be beat!

Salt & Straw Almond Brittle with Salted Ganache

This pint was win from the very first scoop. Breaching the top of the pint was a 1" shard of almond brittle, soon to be followed by loads more. The consistency of the mix-ins from salt & straw in all 5 pints I ordered were on point. Packed to the brim and were there to the very last bite. The amount of flavor in each and every bite of this offering made it incredibly enjoyable. Not only was the vanilla base great, everything else just followed suit to form a masterpiece.

Grade: A+

If "guilt" is a factor, this not the right sub for you brother. We are talking about an 1800 calorie item. To put it in perspective, a large double cheeseburger with bacon from Five Guys is about 900.

I don't give a sh*t about that though. I eat at DiBella's because the food is delicious and, with some prodding, they'll make you huge sandwiches.

When I see the poverty hoagies people usually get at places where there is more bread than meat or toppings...I just shake my head...

I'm with you 100%.

Not the guilt of calories. Just don't like to eat fried $h!t on the reg. Tryin to keep dem healthy fats higher!

No guilt crushing an 1800 calorie sub filled with fresh veg and tons o' meat!

Could they get bigger? I got a medium and it was a very generous size, looked bigger than a foot for sure. More filling than any other sub place I have been.

I'm a pig. If the veg and meat arent inflating the bread and spilling out, I'm angry. Always go large at dibella's too...medium just wouldn't feel right.

Choco chip Oreos are just ok. Taste basically like a chocolate chip cookie (not cookie dough tho) but instead of choc chip, Oreo cookie chips. Interesting flavor, enjoyable, but nowhere near as good as fruity or some of the others.

Also finally tried the red velvet chips ahoy... Not impressed at all. Mild mild red velvet flavor and the creme filling isn't strong enough to hold its own. Wouldn't buy again.

Looked interesting. Heavy on the artificial apple taste, decent cinnamon, good crunch, and what is most particular huge flakes. Literally twice the size and thickness of frosted flakes at the very least; not many of those "clusters" though.

Worth trying - specially if you don't mind fake apple flavoring - but I won't buy again.

Choco Chip Oreo Review

Invalid Link Removed

Choco Chip Oreo's are labeled as "Oreo cookies feature a first ever dual flavored wafer (golden/Chocolate) with chocolate chip cream inside". While that may seem like a step up from previous concepts in the past, how much will this really vary the taste of an oreo? A new shell, and a different cream filling is a start. While there have been some hit or miss reviews even before the July 11th release I had to give these a crack.

The shell combines a golden shell that has bits of chocolate chips spread throughout it. Appearance wise it looks different, taste wise it does not enhance the golden oreo much. The bits of chocolate help enhance the chocolate aspect of a cookie by adding the sweetness of semi-sweet chocolate. I got a touch of a cinnamon vibe but again a very minimal amount, you will be nitpicking to see much of a difference from a regular oreo shell with a slight variety.

The filling of this oreo doesn't taste like raw cookie dough or a pure chocolate chip cookie, but it has hints of each element. You get more of an oreo cream filling from a normal oreo. While it may not be 100% accurate to what the box shows, they did a decent job on trying to replicate it. There were a few reviews stating a slight "caramel" taste, but I got none of that. This was basically a covered up looking regular oreo.

The Choco Chip Label is very misleading, it is not one you should rush out to buy in the grocery stores. I personally would still rank the Reese PB, Fruity Crisp, and Cinnamon Bun as my top 3 flavors. Even with the new aspects in the shell and cream filling there could be room for improvement. Being a big cookie fan I was slightly letdown by what I was expecting. I would give these a 6.5/10 as a middle of the road oreo.

I still will try them !!
