FAST FOOD NEWS: Country Style Cinnamon Toast Crunch Doughnut (Canada)

Where the heck is the nearest Country Style because I need to stuff my face with that Cinnamon Toast Crunch Doughnut. Well, my fellow Americans, Country Style is the third largest coffee chain in Canada. So go find your passport.

The doughnut features cream cheese icing and is topped with Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal. It has 450 calories, 19 grams of fat, 7 grams of saturated fat, 1 gram of trans fat, 10 milligrams of cholesterol, 470 milligrams of sodium, 63 grams of carbohydrates, 357 grams of sugar, and 5 grams of protein.

If any of our Canadian readers have tried it, let us know what you think of it in the comments.

At first I thought it was exclusive cereal flavour lol. I haven't been to a Country Style in years but there are a couple in Hamilton I believe..,

I only ever got baked goods there lol.

>Timmies IMO, so fingers crossed.

I mean it won't possibly be gourmet, but I need to try that

I only eat Tims when I get it for free at work and even then only when it's new donut/cookie varieties lol

Filled Nutella cookie & strawberry shortcake donut are decent

S’mores Chip Ahoy:

Being a huge S’mores fan I had higher hopes of this over the red velvet. But in matter of fact I was let down. The Cookie is exactly as you would expect from a basic Chips Ahoy. Very chewy, soft, and provides a good chocolate chip cookie flavor. Being this is labeled a S’more cookie I was hoping for some graham cracker flavor. The bitter truth is there was next to none. A huge miss on the graham, but that was made up with the chocolate and marshmallow compliments. The chocolate filling is a pure milk chocolate like you would expect in chocolate chip cookies. The marshmallows were plentiful and aid the chocolate to give you a better replica of a S’more. Its hard to give this a good grade when the Chip Ahoy forgot one of the most important elements being the Graham Cracker flavor.

The Good:
-Great milk chocolate filling and flavor
-Strong Marshmallow flavor and mini marshmallows
-Bite size, not massive cookies, 70 kcals each
-Very Chewy and moist

The Bad:
-Graham Cracker flavor is non existent

Grade: 7/10

Seriously every Country Style in London closed lol.

I see about 10 in Hamilton and other areas, I will be a while before I come across one for that donut though :(

Just like the S'mores oreos. Those crackers had 0 graham flavor to them. Just a regular golden oreo.
The best s'mores dessert I had in a minute.. S'mores Cheesecake from Cheesecake Factory

That doesn't count tho... it has the actual crackers in it ha.

I just dont get why graham is such a hard flavor to make???

Junk Banter reviews Choc chip Oreo's:

Together with the creme, Nabisco Choco Chip Oreos are tasty but with imperfect execution. I was reminded of the S’mores Oreos to a degree, with the addition of that caramel flavor and a reduction in the chocolate flavor. My biggest complaint with the Choco Chip Oreos are that they need more chocolate in the creme. Something akin to a semi-sweet chocolate would work wonderfully to impart some more chocolate while cutting the rich, caramel-y sweetness that grew cumbersome after a while. What I’m not suggesting is that they use the cocoa wafers, because I feel strongly that these Teddy Graham wafers were the right choice.

In summary, these are better than the Cookie Dough Oreos.

Overall Rating: 7.5 out of 10

Srs Lee? Procure box of Golden Graham cereal and pint of Graham Central Station, enjoy thy profits, report back on life altering experience.

Nah, keep the altering experience to yourself I for one don't want to hear about others creamin their pants once they try legit ice cream.

ooooohhhh forgot about golden grahams... So true. Also, both the Madagascar (movie) smores cereal or the walmart smores cereal with gg/cocoa puffs/marshmallows are AMAZING

But paying like $15 for a pint of ice cream, regardless of how good, is just silly to me

Nabisco needs to make a double creme PB&J Oreo!

Red Velvet Chips Ahoy

These cookies are very soft, delicious, and pack a lot of pure red velvet flavor. I have been turned off by a lot of red velvet desserts in the past, and usually am burned by them 95% of the time. The red cookie has a great cocoa flavor with the red food coloring. There is a hint of saltiness that helps enhance the red velvet flavor.
The Cream Cheese chips are done very well. You get a pure cream cheese frosting flavor in each and every bite, not to mention these are stuffed with a cream cheese filling on the inside of the cookie. Job well done, usually red velvet is a massive letdown. These were worth the buy.

The Good:
- Very rich and delicious cream cheese Chips
- Red Velvet cookie is very well done
- Super moist and delicious
- 70 kcals a cookie

The Bad:
- You can easily eat a sleeve of these in an eye
- Stronger Chocolate in the red velvet base
Grade: 8.5/10

Been dyin' to try those. Love anything w cream cheese frosting....and the chips sound great.

Wife picked up the smores chips ahoy instead. :( I guess I'll survive.

mkretz thought the RVC were gross but liked the Smores, he is typically not one to discard cookies but I think he threw them or gave them away. He did say there is not much graham but the marshmallow & combo is still tasty...

I got both the other day in MI so I will find out for myself. I am sure they are both are decent. I did like the hot cocoa chips ahoy and the brownie filled were average but not terrible by any means.

Let me know if you got no graham taste in the S'mores. The marshmallow and chocolate are decent, but if you don't have graham in a smore its not really a damn smore lol

Exactly, more like a butter cookie type rocky road lol

Like Lucky Charms? Enjoying drinking the milk in your cereal after you are finished eating it? Then guess what this is made for you. Too bad this flavor was only around as a March exclusive to Salt & Straw. Many may argue their favorite cereal of all-time, but its hard pressed to find a company who can duplicate that into an ice cream. My only gripe would be a small sugary swirl to really take this one over the edge, but it was fantastic.

One of my local grocery stores, Stop and Shop, had a digital coupon to make these free today. I have never seen or heard of them before, bu they look like the can be decent. They also had S'mores, but I'm not much of a S'mores fan.

Anderson's Graham cracker crunch was so good I was not even hungry after the Erie state fair last year and nearly made myself sick finishing it, it was that good.
