I have a reasonably small waist but also very slim shoulders so I have the same issue. That and my back never looks wide no matter how thick it gets simply due to small frame

I have a huge waist, so I put a lot of focus on building/rounding shoulders. When I competed in physique my waist looked massive on back shots compared to the rest of the lineup ha (despite conditioning).
 
I have broad shoulders and a wide back (former swimmer). However, I can't get my legs to grow! It sucks man. They are strong and defined, but small! I hate that people probably thing I'm just one of those bros who only lifts upper body.

On a funny side note, I also have pretty bad scoliosis so I'm only 5'7" but I have a 6'1" wingspan...so my deadlift is waaaay higher (comparatively) than all of my other lifts!

But I'm super jealous of mkretz! Are you an ecto?

Proportionately I'd say right now I should cut

I remember you saying this before in your log. I've been following your format of almost zero Ohp motions (half due to some shoulder pain when pressing overhead) and focusing on more lateral and rear delt work to get that same look. You've done a hell of a job on yours so I figure that's a solid mode to follow ;)

I only gauge it when I'm single digit bf. At 10% I'm under 30" and have been as low as 26-27" at about 7-8%. Even then compared to my shoulders I have almost zero taper.

Did a handheld body fat thing today 12.5-13% not gonna lie pretty upset, never wanted to get above 12... However I was like 7-8 at 155 so 4-5% with 30lbs.... Is that decent

If you're 13% I'm 30 haha. That's a terrible analysis.

Man, i dont know how you can say you're not lean! You've already got that grainy look and are like 1% away from full striations in every muscle. Seriously, your conditioning right now is amazing, especially considering that you've been pretty lax with your diet. in 6 weeks you should be practically stage ready ha

Wow, thanks a lot guys, I guess its just a big mental hurdle, never been this big or fluffy so I just done know, I really wanna reign in my stomach somehow its justnunproportionally large.... Going to really focus on my chest inthink

Not that lean? Psh dude you're pretty shredded. You know how hard i would have to diet and work to get that lean? Im not fat or anything but in order for me to get lean like that i need to diet myself miserable for months. My metabolism doesnt like letting go of that last bit of fat especially over the abs.
