Yes, they are amazing. I could never make it home to microwave them. Just make sure you try the glzed ones and not the iced ones.
Just looked up the macros, good lawd lol. These better be great and filling for the cals & fat similar to a gourmet donut.

There's a fresh market place (basically whole foods) down here at the beach that had pumpkin yogurt covered pretzels, pumpkin pecan granola, and caramel apple yogurt pretzels. Wanted them all.
Also saw pumpkin pie and apple pie ice creams at publix that both looked pretty solid.

You should be doing this everyday and eating properly all those days. Not lowering your calories like you did for your goal .. (When you emailed me) and you weighed less than you did when i was helping you.
