scope how fast are you adding weight with those cals?
Start of the year I was 205 carbed up and I'm now 220-225 carbed up.
I'll be controling the carbs this week to 200 a day MAX to tighten up and drop some water.
So id say I'm about 210 without the water.

You are a gentlemen sir! I want to try your Cinn swirl bread. I plan to make some of my own bread in the next couple of weeks. I might make it non-protein though (flour & yeast).

what i am doing this year instead of just putting everything in big bulk bags is making individual bags with everything in them, so i can just give a sample baggy of everything instead of seperating everything like this like i did last year

it was a hassel to try and go through multiple bags and tupperware continaers grabbing different things

I made my first attempt at Blueberry Protein Pancakes this morning and forgot to take a picture. Thanks to The Solution I watched his video on You Tube and they turned out great...very tasty!!

Cookie butter isn't just hype it's legit....

Guess cocoa swirl due to color.


It was a 50/50 mix of cocoa swirl and crunchy. Heated then mixed so it just looks like coco but it packed in both flavors.

Only knock on cookie butter is the swirl should be split 50/50 meaning no swirl or done in quarters because it's to hard to get a nice scoop of a equal amount of both. The cocoa is STRONG and over powering.

Btw, anyone try Holey Donuts in NYC? They are a lower Cal/fat (not LC) gourmet donut. I tried them a couple of years ago, the jelly and cream filled ones were tasty.
 
Clearly Chef Bob loves his sweets. Those cupcakes. Hnnnnggggg.

I don't want to speak for Bob, but I wouldn't say sweets. If you look at his recipes, there is no sugar and minimal sugar substitutes. Maybe he likes his baked goods, which doesn't always equal sweets. Could also be a convenience factor as well. I know I make protein baked goods when I know it will be a long time before I can get a real meal in.
 
I think the only thing you can conclude is that frequent posters to this thread love food and "treating" ourselves. However, what you don't see is the basic meat/fish + veggies meals in between.

To enjoy the cheat meals I eat very "clean" on a regular basis.

A lot of these meals are on high carb days in carb cycles as well.
 
That's what this thread was all about... sexy meals don't have to be cheats (although those are welcome). Some of the best looking/tasting meals you can have are totally "clean" and healthy.

While this may look basic on paper with the description if you are a peanut butter lover, and you have had Jeni's Dark Chocolate (Possibly the best on the ice cream market) you have a mixture made in heaven. The overall saltiness is a good compliment to the dense, creamy, and rich peanut butter flavor in every single bite. For those who enjoy of a Salty/Savory combo this is what you want in your life. Luscious peanut butter, added dark chocolate from Jeni's = two great compliments that leaves you wanting more after every single bite. The only drawback to some individuals with Jeni's is lack of mix-ins and price. In a perfect world if I could customize The Buckeye State, I would possibly add a peanut butter swirl, peanut butter cookie dough, or some kind of a chocolate chip, chocolate fudge, or chocolate truffles that would be an amazing addition to this pint.

Buckeye State is a classic flavor, no reason why its not a top seller as its a top 4 flavor next to Dark Chocolate, Brambleberry, and Brown Butter Almond Brittle.
