The epic food porn thread

Now those are some fluffy pancakes.
Knocked it out of the park like usual.

Bob - did you use flour? I have trouble getting mine fluffy because I go low carb. Usually defatted peanut or coconut flour.

I had a 10 stack for dinner last night. Not quite as fluffy as those but sure did hit the spot!

Oh god I haven't had these in too long Brown Sugar Blondie Rum-Fried Bananas

Fried up normally, then removed from heat, bit of blondie & brown sugar added, then simmered until thickened

Now that's something I've never seen before.

Since I no longer drink I'm sure I'd enjoy that combo of things.

Jeni's Rumball

After a few bites i started to run into the rum soaked cake mix-in pieces the pint was talking about, and they are not shy in size, but they do lack the amount of times you do run into them. Jeni's is not known to blow you away with mix-ins like a Ben & Jerry or Graeters. This is a hit, the rum soaked pieces are very moist, soft, and dense in flavor. Perfect reminder of the cake pieces in the scoop shops with a slight rum tasting flavor to it that does not take away from the dark and rich chocolate flavor. A perfect chocolate base with a dense, moist, soft and rich cake mix-in Jeni's has struck gold and possibly my new #1 flavor ever from the company. This pint is unreal. If you ever get your hands on Rumball do not think twice, this stuff is divine.

Poured the bacon grease over the cheese.

I like how you use lettuce in place of a burger bun.
I have been using these raw green wraps for my burgers (homemade). It forced me to shape them in an elliptical shape. I'm going to try the lettuce style...

we do this at 5 guys too. for those who are gluten free or do not want buns.

My buddy ordered that at McD's and pretty much got a big mac salad in the box

I use to buy LC wraps years ago but not anymore because lettuce is cheaper and taste better too.

Ever tried mushroom cap buns?

For paleo guys its good and a little more sturdy than lettuce. I'm on the fence about taste which I prefer

Yeah the ones I'm using are made with veggies and flax so they're healthy and tasty, but expensive.
Lettuce is also healthy. Going to try it with romaine.

No but I've seen them and have been meaning to make some like that always forget the caps or can't find any large enough for my burgers.

why i do not like cupcakes, they are gone too quick too fast.
ice cream i can enjoy for 15-20 minutes before it melts. cupcakes are just gone too quick.

The little cookie on top is pretty awesome, so soft! I'm a sucks for those little extras.

Oh the other 3 (dulce de leche, chocolate coconut & another cookie dough), let's not talk about those...

I agree they go quick, but soooo good from the place I get them from. They claim to use all "healthy" ingredients like no refined sugar, etc. They make a mean cookie sandwich (buttercream filling).

If I ate more than one I'd bust my macro count pretty easily, would rather pair it with something else.
Savoury dish + sweet treat is how I like to do it...

Last nights double double combo. This is switching up the same meal at its finest.
